Kyle, we do have winds, but I don’t think a great factor. Versatube salesman plugged that into the design software though. Me being me, I’ll double the concrete anchors though and maybe some other adjustments. I have this tendency to over build. A real PITA the few times I’ve had to disassemble something.
Fortunately the only wind damage I’ve sustained here was the uprooting of 2 Costco 10x20 tent type structures and that was a combination of lots of rain weakening the tie down points plus the wind.

Bird, we got ours done on the computer software, and it says the IRS is not accepting returns until Jan 27th??? I wonder why they won't accept them any day after Jan 1???

It's been that way for several years anyway, so I'm used to getting that message from TurboTax. As for why the IRS doesn't accept them sooner, I'm certainly not sure, but I heard once that they are training people and getting geared up the first few weeks of the year.

Shopping for tires for my new truck so I've been on here more that lately.

Ron ... very nice bird pics. Are you shooting off a tripod?

I am taking most pictures with my left hand holding 600mm lens and arm resting on top of kitchen faucet. Lens has image stabilization ( IS ). Which helps a lot for good quality pictures. I have 2 lenses without IS. They do no take as good a picture even on the tripod. Camera and lens weighs 7 lbs. lens sticks out 16” from camera with hood. Which helps to stabilize everything. Some of the birds on tree limbs are about 100’ out from house.
Do you get Green Jays where you are at. Saw lots of them around Mcallen.

The longer the lense, the less forgiving it is.
