Thank you. I feel better now, honestly just shook my head after reading this. They are foisting their problem off on the public...
I'm off to go pull the radio fuse shortly, will let you know if it all goes back to normal.
A computer with 4 tires...

I'd bed good money that there are way more computers on that truck than there are tires, Drew.:duh:

Jay, good luck with the ferry. Might be a very bouncy ride.
They say you are having a "snowless Nor'easter"

Be safe
Have a great day

29F this morning with a light covering of snow.. it was snowing last night, but 34F so not much stayed at our place, but looking out the window, perhaps 20ft higher in elevation is covered with white. Official weather says they 3.3" last night, set a record for Oct 8 for snowfall. Some of the local school districts are closed, others running late. Our district is open and on time.

We went to a doctor appt with daughter and grand daughter yesterday (cardiologist at childrens hospital) to see if they could figure out some issues our grand daughter is having.. results all good, no heart issues. Feels like it took most of the day.

41°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 76° today.

Got a couple more coats on the guitar neck last night. Yes, Eric, it is the Birchwood Casey Tru Oil. Lots of guitar builders have been using it as a finish, as it's incredibly easy to use, doesn't seem to discolor (discolour) much over time, and dries very quickly. I'm able to apply the next coat after about two hours. My custom 6-string bass guitar from Fishbone Bass Guitars has a Tru Oil finish, and it's held up great over the 16+ years I've been playing it.

Saw one brief greenish flash over the barn last night while walking out to the chicken coop. Don't remember what meteor shower this one is, but it's supposed to be quite active yesterday and today.

Your power escapades are making national news, RNG.

Unbelieveable! Who comes up with this stuff? :confused2:

The chances of me executing that procedure successfully are about the same as me winning the lottery.

As an ex-software professional, I'd be mortally embarrassed if anyone ever found out that I ever had anything to do with that cluster f***.

You guys with new Dodges, my heart goes out to you!

That was my thought also. Unbelievable.

RNG, for working on equipment on the gravel driveway, I save the biggest cardboard boxes, especially those with nice photos of the product...it helps to slide on and if any oil drips, wipes right up.

That’s how I do it. Cut out and save all big cardboard pieces. Store them in a big tv box in the barn. Use them when getting under mower deck to sharpen blades, oil changes, etc. lowest and cheapest creeper available.

Jay , thanks for the pics. Love the lighthouses.

60° and 64° depending on which thermometer.

Slept in, then trip to Lowes to get angle iron so I can scare Kyle some more. Learned my lesson, took my new Ferrari red wheelchair this time. That thing is nice, rolls so much easier. Lightweight and nimble. Still need it for long outings. I am a little worried, discovered one of the papers I signed said I owe if insurance doesn’t pay. They are billing ins over 8k, and expecting to get paid $2200. They were supposed to have this preauthorized.

UPS truck was leaving as we pulled in. My daily amazon package. Got my new tractor. At least that’s what my wife thought I said. A fitness tracker , bought on a whim. And my cane. So I got a tracker and a whacker

Not as pretty as jays lighthouses.

My 12 ft step ladder is at the church building. Gotta find plan B. Maybe pallet on tractor forks.

That’s similar to all brands of vehicle from a Ford to a Mercedes. They don’t have traditional keyboard so they use what they have.
