BEF, extra special prayers sent for you! Stay positive and strong! I'm gathering up the posse from NM, hoping to join up with the TX Guys, we will whoop that GBS for good! Take care and get well!

Randy, don't push it too hard! We don't want to hear that you have a relapse! We might have to sic Ellen on you to behave! prayers sent!

RNG, the LS gear tractors have a "foot throttle" to raise rpm's when needed. When doing loader work, I keep it the hand throttle at idle and use the foot throttle for more power when needed. I know mine is about half the HP that your looking at, but my max rpm's are 2600. PTO rpm is at 2250.

Everyone have a great weekend! Thoughts and prayers out for all!

Good evening all. 79F this morning, clear, light breeze. Sky stayed mostly clear, wind was frisky and gusty today and high temp of 96F HI 102F. Bike rid eto start morning, then arrange for windshield crack repair, then talk to Yamaha dealer on when to cross t's and dot i's. Crack repaired in winshield, Deposit down on cart, changed color on side curtains, and picked font for cart numbers. The different color will have to be ordered, will have delivery info when they get shipping info on side cover. Finished afternoon with a shot nap :).
Buckeye, praying for you and your Drs
Don bought the drive2 gas model, after wife heard battery care talk from dealer, she decided gasser was quiet enough for her :cool2:

Might be hottest day of year, who knows, helper comes at 7am and I'm trimming shrubs and cleaning up the garden with him.
Told him he had to go home at noon, he's no spring chicken either.

If my pears ripen..., one neighbor might make some pear preserves.
I'm open to suggestions...

When I joined TBN, I spent the next year sitting in hospital rooms, 200 days in two years, as my late wife fought cancer.
And during that entire time, reading TBN and being distracted from worry, well it was a wonderful thing.
I hope our chit chat here is helping BEF. If he can't get home for a few days, maybe we can make sure he feels at home...
We got Toppop home, let's get Buckeye also.

let's be careful in the heat, no Godfathers in the garden out there....
Bird is being sensible, must have good lights for mower

Coffee is done brewing. 72° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 93° with scattered thunderstorms. Got another 1" of rain yesterday evening. Grass needs cutting. But being with Betty as much as possible today. Thanks for everyone's concerns. She did give me a shopping list yesterday for today.

Buckeye, hope they give you a room and treatment that works. Prayers sent.

Randy, Like other have said. Take it easy. No need to add to your condition. More prayers sent.

Drew, you are right about TBN and other sites. They sure help. First on my list of things to bring my wife was her iPad.

Prayers for All.

Good Morning All.

Good morning all. The air con in the truck is working again and it sure feels good! Temps here (Thunder Bay, ON) are in the 70's overnight and up to 90s during the worst part of the day. I fired up yesterday afternoon after replacing the oil cooler and treadle valve (The valve that regulates how much air goes to the trailer brakes compared to the truck brakes) and it will not be shut off until I load tomorrow morning. We have about 4 loads each (3 trucks) to run through Quetico park to north of Atikokan. We hire a broker for the extra truck. Each one of us will be hauling about 11,000 US gallons of tar.
Work is going steady, with not too many rain days. This is a good thing. The 2.4% raise we all got in June puts me at just a tad over $30./hour. That sure is easy to take. Last 14 day pay was over $4,500.oo clear. Keep in mind that I not only get the hourly rate but other perks too. $910.oo for living in the truck, clear money. all the winter bills are caught up, so now I can concentrate on paying them ahead so I can coast next winter.

I sure hope BEF gets better soon.

Stay safe all
