84 today. Heat index above 90.

Got the door frame hung for the upstairs door on the building. Now needs metal. Just have to cut it out and hang.

Father’s Day was exciting yesterday. MIL’s chicken houses lost power. Blew a 200 amp fuse after the backup system. Lost one leg of the 240. BIL was there, he runs them. They got hot but no real damage. I was about halfway there, headed to eat lunch with them, when it happened. I got there just as everything was rebooting. Said they had to drive the fuse in with a hammer. Looks like there might be some wear on some electric motors and they’re pulling more amps than they should. Only explanation for it.

The good news is the plumber is here and working. Less than good he was 2.5 hours late. Fortunately, I was ready to run the poly lines and both the 180 ft and the 55ft lines are in place and all he has to do is the actual hook ups. Going slowly,

Took the ZT down to the creek for first time. Was really tall but it cut well, except hit a few downed sticks. Did ok going up and down the steep part. Slid a little sideways once. So much faster than using the tractor there, because of all the turning.

Saw either a gray fox, coyote, or something else that was gray and fluffy. It ran into woods so didnt get a good look.

I mentioned the garden needed weeding, and youngest did 3 rows without me really telling him to.

Not to much coughing now, but still got some.

Got 2 big storms at work, none at home.

Good evening all. 64F this morning, cloudy, calm wind. Clouds started to break up almost right away. wind stayed low all day and high temp was 87F. Missed choir practice this morning, did not wake up till 7:30

On balance, a good day. Plumber just left, almost 7 hours, but not only the high pressure line replaced to house, but also the new high pressure line to tractorshed. I’ll be able to hook up the new propane generator in July after return from cruise.
Tank: 3 valved supply lines
