Funny about the “meat stuff”. Growing up we’d have Spam from time to time, but too often parents would buy this other brand - terrible. In fact I think it was worse than the canned meat in the FDA food box which we had the fortune to get from some neighbors from time to time. Of course as it wasn’t ours, we only got what they didn’t want, mostly cheese, the canned meat, powdered milk.
I used to really like scrapple and when visiting family in NJ and we went out to a certain diner for breakfast, that was usually my meat of choice.

Taylor Pork Roll. Had visitors from NJ a few years back and they raved about it and how they’d be bringing us some. And they did, something like a 3-5 lb roll. It was OK, but given the choice, I’d pick Spam.

Spam is everywhere here, even McDonalds. A trip to a grocery store will reveal Spam in many flavors.

69 outside this AM. Heading to higher 70's. No luck yesterday on my ztr spring. Maybe today. May need a field service repair too if I cannot figure out how to connect it. Seems the diagrams.....suck. Have a great day all. Be safe.

Another 5 days of rain and cloudy sky’s in the forecast here. At least it is warm now. Glad I got the shed roof weather tight when I did.
I’m home now on bed rest for a few days recuperating from nasal surgery..no fun when you can’t breathe out of your nose. Very little pain though so I can’t really complain. Hopefully can resume light duty by the end of the week. Hope everyone is safe and healthy!

67 and the rain continued last night. But looks like Kyle is sharing the cooler dry air today that he got from CWB/Cat...we are supposed to get some drying, windy 80F sunshine.

Phil, hope you recuperate quickly...Randy and BEF, too.

Spent 2 hours in Home Depot yesterday afternoon...getting some paint mixed and matched, and then hand sawing 16' lattice strips to the measurements of my screen porch framing...nice they have a workbench and tools to use...bad the saws are so dull and missing teeth. But I was able to get all of the cut strips into my truck interior, diagonally, and keep them dry on the way home. Today's weather will be good to sand the rough ends and paint them...trying to finish the porch before my wife gets home.

Also need to vote this morning.

It seems almost as dark as a winter morning. Not as much rain as anticipated yesterday, but now it is making up for it in style. A shame my water tank wasn't ready in time to catch it, the liner can't go in until there is a dry-mix sand/cement fillet around the inside of the bottom ring.

Wng, I am sure she will appreciate the effort, even if the paint is still wet.

Good to hear those recovering are slowly getting there. Once you are fit again, how about we try for a whole week on Good morning without anyone getting sick ?

Jay, your neighbours get bears in the house  I can tell you of one thing guaranteed to keep them out. They call It "The Atlantic" - works well for me
