Good morning!!!!

Good Morning! It's 72°F here this morning, going to 92°F this afternoon. Humidity is at 94% so will be a hot day. No more rain in our forecast till Tuesday.

I went to move the Corvette yesterday afternoon and it was dead. I need to determine why a six month old battery has let me down. Must be something in the car draining the battery. It's always something?

BEF ... Good luck learning to drive your new ZT. When we bought our first, about 10 years ago, I'd never driven one and was certain I would run into something at the John Deere Dealer. My wife had many hours of ZT pilot time so ..... she actually did the "test drive" and loaded it on our trailer. As my luck would have it, she probably put the majority of the 1100 hours on the Z820A, by the time we sold it and bought our Kubota ZD1211-72" RD.

Randy ... Heal up and let us know you're improving.

Drew .... Glad you finally got some rain. It's been dry here for almost a month but we got a bit over 1" on Wednesday over about three hours.

Don, we have a B&D Edge Hog corded edger, similar to the EGO. They really make your sidewalks and concrete driveways look nice. Cordless would be great.

Hope everyone has an excellent weekend.

Prayers to all.

Good morning to all! Low of 47, going up to 82. Good chance of t-storms, the best chance all week. Moisture must have backed in up against the mountains, foggy this morning.

Randy, hope you are doing better, hope you get home soon!

Ron, cute puppy! Have fun with him and enjoy the playtime!

WNG, same here...not a sidewalk to be found for about 7 miles..

Today will entail watering the landscape (switching the different drip zones), have some branches to trim, and some general cleanup.
Hopefully we will get some rain

Everyone have a great weekend, prayers sent.

..............
Sharp looking
Planning put lights on it?
Dont know. Lights are an option for it, dont think it's prewired though, like my tractor cab was.
I think i might order the suspension seat.

Shearing should have started this morning, unfortunately the "less than 10% chance"weather gods had other ideas, with a short shower coming down as the shearing equipment was about to be taken out of their trailer. Now just have to see if the fleeces dry enough to get some of them done later this afternoon.

BEF, really neat looking machine. I have never been on a ZTR, do you need sick bags until you get used to the tight turns, or did you take ballerina spinning lessons first ? :D
My first time, so maybe i better carry a bag, lol. Those tea cup rides to get me.
Maybe i should take a spinning class to get used to it?
I need to go slow and easy during break in, but i was doing pretty good last night. Will see which of us hits something first.

Nice ride. You'll find more grass to cut as your time involved is "less" than what you were accustomed to. SO here complains about me being in the "fields" with the ZTR. LOL. My response is I want the grass cut even with the house layout as you come up the driveway.
Riptides, hope all is going well with you and your wife.

If my field was mowed down and not 3 ft tall, i think i could mow it in half the time it takes me with the massey and 6 ft RFM.

Cute pup Ron. What type?

Tonight is our church pig roast, so porky had better already be in the smoker. I'll go up about 3, hope to get some pics.

Back is hurting this morning. Allergies really bad.

Looking, i like win 10, best since 7, then xp.

Roy, hope the new switch fixes the zt. Dealer told me to engage pto at low rpm to prolong the pto clutch life.

Randy, hope you are doing better.

My dad had minor procedure yesterday, need to call him.

So much needs done, dont feel like doing anything. Never did attempt to seal the vinyle floor seams i wanted to do months ago. Never got an appropriate roller.

Weather service confirmed an EF0 tornado thursday about 10 miles south of me, and an EF1 in howard co, close to where they had one the week before.

I need to determine why a six month old battery has let me down. Must be something in the car draining the battery. It's always something?

Rick, this reminds me of a coworker, years ago, who bought a new car and in less than 6 months, one Monday morning when he started to go to work, it wouldn't start. But the battery checked good; just had to be charged. The problem persisted for quite some time before the dealer finally found it was a short in the cigarette lighter (he didn't smoke; didn't use the lighter). The "short" was so minor that it never kicked the breaker and if the car was run every day, no problem. But if it sat over the 2 day weekend, the battery would drain down enough that it wouldn't start.

Good morning all,

A very nice 54 to start the morning, sunny with a light breeze. We just finished our morning walk.

Supposed to be on/off rain showers until Monday morning then no more rain the rest of next week. All the fields around here are looking great. The newly planted fields are up and inch or two also.

Prayers for all, have a nice day.
