A hazy sunny 44ºF for today’s low and a hazy sunny 73ºF presently with a thickening cloud deck; probably close to today’s high temperature. A chance for some T-storms/rain showers later with a better chance tomorrow PM. The hazy sun is due to the forest fires in Canada. The day started at 4:30AM with Brogen letting the world know that the bear had returned. So far the bear is scared off. That will change at some point. After the dump and fuel run I got the string trimmer fired up for the first time this Season and string trimmed most of the morning. The JD dealership called; the rider will be returned this coming week. I am embarrassed to admit that one of the rear wheel shaft keys was missing :embarrassed:. So much for being especially “careful.” I have no clue where that key went when I mounted that wheel.
Drew- I am happy to read that you are getting beneficial rain.
BEF- I am happy to read that your mower is exceeding expectations,
I hope that your back and allergies resolve before going to tonight’s Church Dinner.
Bird- Years ago I found rabbit in the frozen food section in one of our “local” supermarkets. This one turned out pretty well. I have not seen it since.
Thomas- Stacking 2 cords in this “heat” is impressive. I hope the blackflies and deer flies do not make a feast of you. I burned less than 2 cords/year with the old wood stove. The new energy efficient stove should burn less, I have almost 4 cords stacked. All my is at least 2 years old; most is 4. I did not buy any wood this year. I’ll cut what I need for the following 2020-21Season.

Found a local dog trainer class. Teach your Shih Tzu how to attack Whipper and win.��
Yep they have that class here also. One of the Sun City dog walker's ****zu charged Whipper while my wife had her on leash, Whipper bolted the other way and she (wife) fell flat on the road bruising her hip. She was out do dog walking duty for three weeks. Nothing worse than a bully ****zu.

I haven't fixed a flat tire in years until Junior told me he had a flat. So I took it and fixed it exactly the same way I was taught 62 years ago. He helped with the strong fingers and strong grip. Some things you just never forget.

She is doing really well. All is looking up.
Don't go exploring for more "lawn". LOL. I think I tripled mine without a tractor around. When you got a ztr everything looks like lawn.

blackberries coming in, need patience, not ripe at all yet, get to size of thumb and taste like blackberry liqueur.
Neighbor is going to make blackberry preserves for all of us.
A little muddy this morning in the potato field but good time to till. Tiller flung bits of mud on me constantly.

Pulled trigger on the LS XR4140H. Delivery not until week of Jun 10, so no pics for a bit.
Monday will get quote to add 3rd rear remotes.
