Good morning!!!!

Nice videos RNG. Snow sure does make things look pretty. What fire?...
lot of trees down

6 hours planting today, starting at 7:30am and I'm a bit tuckered out. Got most of "first shift" planted, all the cabbages, lettuce, kale and spinach transplants. Decided to ask the food pantry if they could get some volunteers to help me plant these 2000+ collard plants. That plus the potatoes about to arrive has a few too many really big plates in the air for me, and they have kept asking me how they can help.

Collards are supposed to be transplanted when two leaves are showing. I am definitely late getting them into ground.

Tomorrow my neighbor comes over to help me put up the deer fencing around the garden, figure it's about time with the lettuce in the ground.
Momma Rabbit will be around soon... And while he and a helper are doing that, I'll be rototilling the fields. Just a little too damp today.
One more day, plus I was too busy today anyway. My neighbor will help me hill the fields, me on the Super A and he on the little Massey with the rear hiller/cultivator. The latter is a great tool, from Everything Attachments, I found very quickly I could not turn my neck around without great pain using it. So not the right tool for me. It has a furrower attachment which will go down the top of the hill and leave a nice six inch deep furrow, just perfect for dropping potatoes in.

Will be interesting to fire up the Super A tomorrow, see how much it smokes after sitting there all winter. I've started it up once a month, fires right up. I need to grease the rototiller, only one zerk, and then grease the Super A, which has zerks everywhere, some behind a hidden panel.
At least the owner's manual is clear on what to do. Actually a lot clearer than most modern manuals... I need a day off from planting so tomorrow will be quality seat time.

Got to work on 5 shop projects. Lights for mower are very bright. Original JD were not very bright. Installed a vacuum port between shop and garage. Hooked up a power supply to trail cam. Started cutting out back panel for trailer fenders.
Unpacked new tires for lawnmower. Amazon sent me one 10" and one 8". I need two 8" tires. 2 shipping failures last week from Amazon. Sent wrong inner tubes and now tires. Good thing I will not need them for a few weeks.
I feel like I did 10 hours of work. But it was only 4. Going to take awhile to get back my normal energy.

RNG- Thanks for sharing. I had volume off the first viewings. The videos are much improved with your music:cool: 2 Thumbs Up's.

Glad you enjoyed 'em, Jay. iMovie picked the music for the first one, iPhoto for the second. Not bad for copyright free tunes, eh?

You'll never regret spending the extra money for a cab tractor. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. With our mild Texas winters, I've rarely ever used the heat.

You will have to be careful under low hanging tree branches.

Roger that. I'm just getting to the point where sweating in the summers, getting bitten up by bugs, and cold in the winter are getting old. I'm looking at the Kubota B3350, I think they are a little pricey, but very nice machines.

I've seen a lot of different multi-neck guitars over the years, but I admit this is the first time I've seen a Telecaster / steel guitar version.

I owned a double neck 4-string bass / 6-string guitar Rickenbacker model 4080 for a few years back in the late '80s. Heavy instrument, but I wish I'd never sold it. They go for big bucks these days.

Here is the only picture I've ever found of me playing it, in '89 at a club in Edwardsville IL called Granny's Rocker (man, was that a fun place):

Give the LS tractors a look. Great value.
