69 going to 81 and rain starting mid-day...they say we can get up to 4 inches through Sunday. Wish I could share it with New Mexico and Colorado...hope all are safe.

Bunyip, after battling the heat, humidity, and bugs yesterday, freezing sounds awful good about now.
I was able to mow almost everywhere yesterday, except a one half acre part of the Coco Frisbee field that still is too wet. Got all trails done, and that ZTR really flies. Even at NASCAR speeds I had 3 deerflies successfully outrun me and take a bite...I'm sure they spit it out at first taste.
We watched the phoebe chicks fledge yesterday...phoebes are such amazing acrobats, but not at first

. Tree swallows are still using their nesting box and took great interest while I was mowing and kicking up insects.
