Drew- Too bad about the farm pictures. Posting pictures of your place makes sense to me; your "quality" responses makes me wonder . I know of two successful marriage outcomes using on-line dating services. I would not be comfortable sharing really personal information or worse trying to sell myself on the internet. I do read the Personals in our local "free rag." Some of the ads are pretty interesting and revealing. I still can not figure out some of those alphabet soup letter arrangements.

I would not know what I would do if I became suddenly "single" again. According to "She Who Must Be Obeyed" I have become less caring of my personal care and appearance, increasingly set in "my 'bad' ways," decrepit, lazy, and non-romantic. I still have adventurous going for me. :wink: No "goldbrick" type would ever respond to pictures of this place.

One more potential coastal storm next week. I do not have the motivation to "look" beyond next week's potential storm. We can get significant snow into early May around here.

My motivation was way off for several months, until Saturday when Ellen came to my table and sat down. We talked for a few minutes and both kinda looked at each other like, Ah, what just happened? We have known one another for twenty years, talked several times since our spouses passed, but suddenly something clicked. Now it might unclick just as fast one day, but I’m enjoying the ride. No pun intended.

Hey Don, any observations about the meals on your P program?

The meals are very well thought out and geared to keep you nourished and comfortable and mimic fasting.
The soups, bars and teas are really good, but of course anything is good when you are on 800 specific nutritious calories a day. Each day's meals are boxed separately and require either microwaving for the noon meal or stovetop cooking for the evening meal. Yesterday I was most hungry but I'm OK today. They said day 4 is easy and they were right. They allow cheating with a slice of apple or celery. They also have a drink to sip throughout a day to keep blood sugar constant. Only a dull headache the first day. Stomach is good. My BMI always showed 1 point overweight this morning I'm in the normal range and I still have a day to go. This diet is not for everyone and if you answer the questionnaire correctly you will be diverted to a phone interview with a physician. If you are at a BMI of 18.5 you will be refused. There is also an age limit. They have said that over 1000 people have successfully done it with no side effects. It is all plant based. I heard about it first on the cruise from a cardiologist who did it. Just another tool.

"Click's" are pretty rare. Doors close... Doors Open... New relationships grow.

Wow! Watched one of the most violent hail storms pass over the house I've ever seen. Lightning flashing followed almost immediately by intensly loud thundercaps, enough pea sized hail to whiten the ground. Scared the deer out of cover, and the hummers ganged up on the feeder like it was goin' out of style. Probably because it was under the eaves and gave them some cover. One hailstone would probably take one down for the count!

RNG- Lot's of nasty, but much needed water ladened weather out your way. You are blessed with hummingbirds. Hummers are tough, territorial birds. I like them.
