36 out right now........very clear......can see for miles. No rain expected today........maybe some later in week with possible light snow. Will get up to low 40's later..........lots of geese circling.

If you're wondering where the hummingbirds went, a lot of 'em ended up here. The cold and rain have them stocking up on carbs, and they've been emptying one of these quart feeders every day. They love hiding out in the Monterey Pines in the background, but the rain doesn't seem to slow them down when they get hungry...

Our hummingbirds will not show up until it gets warmer still plenty of snow birds (Juncos) about maybe they know something

One of the doctors who lectured (Dr. Klaper) said that lots of people feel worse when trying to eat plant-based and it is a real thing. He said that if you have been eating meat your whole life, your body has a metabolic set for carnitine you get from meat so you don't make your own. It takes 3 to 6 months of withdrawal while your body tries to make its own. He said for people to wean off of meat. If they eat meat every meal, then go to 2 times a day for a couple of weeks, then 1 time a day, then several times a week, etc until weaned off.

Can't stand vinegar, any type of salad dressing, even barbecue sauce. Open a bottle across the room and I'll know it. Love Italian sauce, but can't stand catsup! I'm definitely a strange character! I've driven the wifey nuts for the last 35 years when she cooks... She's an excellent chef, I just won't eat 90% of what she does.... We make a strange couple.

Got my recepticals Wired and face plates on except one, I picked all of them from one box and one was different. Gotta back to Home Depot or just run to Ace and keep the other one. No finished pics yet, no lights up yet. This is one wall, I’ll do the other sometime but no rush, I won’t be using this building like I did the original.
