47 right now...heading up to the low to mid 70's. No rain...hope to get some mowing in this afternoon if it dries up enough.

two surprisingly cool days in store, forecast for today is only 72.
Dentist appt this morning, then will try to stay outside these nice days.
Ran the Woodmaxx chipper for about an hour yesterday and cleaned up a big pile of clippings, my that works nicely.

Coffee just finished brewing, have been thinking about my potatoes. Picked another quart of snap peas last night, kinda getting to the end, and noticed a few potatoes peeking out. Covered them back up, but they are calling me...
Maybe Saturday; need to find some young kids to help. Picking red potatoes is like an Easter egg hunt.

Drew, sorry to hear you need surgery...hope the 75% chance not cancer works in your favor.

Eric, sometimes the leaves look like frost on them when the wind blows them upside down.

Visited my FIL in NC yesterday. He is recovering well from his stroke...and of course got to see my MIL...oh yeah...saw my wife, too . Almost stepped on a cottonmouth while taking Coco for a walk behind their house. I needed Whipper with me...or RS or Roy to practice their shooting.

Got home in time to see the Orioles win in the 10th.

Probably do some mowing and bush hogging today.

Drinking second cup of coffee. 49° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 74° with lots of sun. Going to get windows cleaned today. They maybe the lawn. Dentist did me in yesterday. 3 fillings on lower right side. Brush and clean my teeth daily. Cannot understand why all the cavities. Maybe it's not that bad. But I hate going to a Dentist.
Buppies, calling for 90's starting Sunday up north here. Not much going to get done at my place when it get's that warm.

Going to have some 11-12 year old girls come over for a small slumber party tonight. Pray for me.

Then tomorrow, more girls come over and we go to jumpingworld in Bryan Texas. Then maybe lunch at Jason's Deli and an ice cream birthday cake to bring home from DQ.

My wife and I need dental checkups.

At the inlaws last night. My front tires are really worn down, so stopped at local tire shop for a couple. Called Costco last night, they said they wouldn't do just 2 tires. I said I always get my tires at costco, and they have always done it. Anyways, local shop opened earlier and they have them and will get them done faster.

Buppies, will be headed down past you after the tires get done, headed to Nashville today, then points west.

Good morning! 69˚ heading to the 90s sunny, North wind at 2 mph, low humidity. Got half the yard mowed before dark and fuel depletion stopped me. By the smell of things, something is dead in the woods by the house, I might have to do an investigation.

Finally... Sunshine!!!!!
It will take a week for the drainage ditch level to lower and two more weeks to dry out my front yard. I still have around 4 acres with 6-8" water to drain out.
