65°F and .39 inches rain last 24 hours. Sun a shining as I type.

Finish my hot tub clean out and refill today, then I'll have to check it out

Likely attempt some mowing if it dries enough. Already see it growing from the recent rains.

Yesterday's trip to Toyota proved to be expensive. In addition to the 35k service, the brakes needed work, so almost $900 there. In order to pass safety inspection had to order tires (expected that). On order from Sears for $930 due in next week. Looked at Costco but not only more expensive, 160 mile trip for the installation.

Never been through Love Field. I've made many connections through DFW, though ... a very efficient airport.

Reach low 90's today so no splitting stacking wood but did get the lawn trim and 2 out of 3 brush piles clean up,also finish wiring and good cleaning...enough for today.

Hot tub cleaned, refilled and ready.
Mowing done for the day.
A quick dip in the pool and some relaxing time in HT with my dear sweet wife.
Life is good.

Good evening all. 75F this morning partly cloudy, and windy. Wind increased again today, temp rose to 92F, sky cleared for a while, then clouded back up. Thunderstorms in area but it is till dry here as I type. Did some tech support for stepdaughter this morning then bike ride. She made lunch then nap.

We had wind and lightning blow through around midnight. Was quite the storm. Haven't gone out to check for damage yet. Lots of people without power according to the news. Should be a great day today.
