Yesterday 5pm-9pm shovel,snow blower,pickup w/plow even clean of shed roof of 15" snow.
3:30am out the door for more shoveling cleaning shed roof another 5"

hour before leaving work pickup w/plow was rolling snow banks back again.
After work today house roof going to get snow remove and if not to poop snow blower the 2 main paths.

As I look out of office window snow clouds from VT head my way,maybe mistake when I remove the plow from the pickup this morning.

Heard tell more white stuff arriving Saturday. :thumbdown:

Low 20's early, made it to 33° so far, windy and miserable. My coffee was a grocery store brand medium roast pod in my Keurig, tasted great. Someone else ground it and put it in the pod, I pushed the button.

I got an email from a friend in Northern NJ, in the mountains, that got almost 30 inches of snow, and apparently that went up into the Catskills also. That's a lot of snow...

25mph winds all day, miserable out, though helpers came and we put the phd back on the tractor and swapped out the electric jack on my utility trailer that lasted all of 15 months, one year warranty of course. When we were done with both of those, after an hour, we were all frozen and said that's enough.

Fueled the tractor and cleared my drive and my neighbor's drive...after the first clearing yesterday, we got another 5-6 inches of snow. I hadn't cleaned my neighbor's drive yesterday (low on fuel, and they only come up from their NY place on weekends. Neighbor's drive had a good 20" of snow...even after it had settled for 24 hours.
While the tractor was warming up, i cleared the front walkway too.
Guess I'm done for a while...I'll work on the back deck tomorrow (clearing snow) and clear another path for the pup.

Good evening all. 49 this morning, cloudy calm wind. Clouds left about lunch, temps rose to 62F, and winds got a bit gusty at time. Winds had been from east today, turning south tonight, and more speed tomorrow. Men's meeting this morning, bike ride this afternoon, and more nap practice.

18 right now....mid 20's later today...
Just looked outside and see the wind is whipping the snow...reckon we'll see some drifting today. It's been too cold for a melt and refreeze, so there's still a lot of powdery snow.

Good morning. Thermometer says it is a lot warmer than it feels this morning, though thankfully no snow like some of you are enjoying/enduring. I should go and put on another layer of clothing on as I will be stood outside most of the morning - off to a farm dispersal sale. Haven't even seen the catalog yet, so not sure what is to be auctioned off. At least it being cold will help me keep my hands in my pockets.

Kyle, so you really are making a fire pit out of titanium ! Is high grade stainless only for the poor in Texas ? :laughing:

25 this AM. Still have a sheet of ice over the grounds. Plants are doomed.

15F little windy upper 20's for high.
Lear snow from all the roofs after work yesterday...thank goodness fir Bayer relief.

After work today take snow blower for 30 min walk final clean up,shovel snow from back of pickup out...I miss mud season.

Good morning! 57 good spring day. Yesterday's cattleguard project hit a snag when dad's tractor could not lift it. I had to just get after it and clean it out by hand. But I did use the FEL as a wheelbarrow. six buckets and 7 hours later the job is done. This should keep the cattle out of the yard for for another 5 years. After I dug down I saw what the problem was. There are 6 pipes under the dirt underneath connecting the 10" I beams. My Mom used to keep it clean out with a hoe but she can't do that anymore.
