41 now and drizzle supposed to drop to 30 by lunchtime and snow 1 to as much as 4 areas just north of me 7 to 10 inches wow.

Temps dropping all day to 13 while the rain turns to sleet then 4 to 7 inches of snow today. Didn't we already declare meteorological spring is here?

New spade for Christmas? ...just a coincidence, I'm sure.

Had to go rescue my wife in Richmond yesterday - just a dead battery...jumped it and let her take my 4Runner while I took her vehicle for a new battery - even though it was 7 years old, still got $30 refund on the warranty - nice surprise wrapped in the middle of that little ordeal - and all is well.

Sorry about the car and battery and really sorry about snow but you are close to the worst of it. As much as a lot of people do not want to hear this think Mother Nature has one more little surprise for us before spring. Be careful

Where's the Beef?

All the schools are closed, I moved a customer meeting to next week, and hunkered down prepared to be freezing rain all night snowing before dawn, SNOWED IN...

What have I got?
38 degrees and raining...

Wayback machine - Two years ago we got a heavy wet snow and I was in Denver on biz. I got falsely accused of mistreating my horses by my oldest daughter and the neighbor at that time backed her up, after some threatening text messages from my daughter I decided to drink too many adult beverages in the hotel bar because my life was about to explode... Oh what along strange trip it has been... But I hear SPRING is coming...

Morning all, 16 degrees is the high today so the rain forest in my living room has stopped. Off to workout to get my mind at ease. Does anyone know how to send a rather large zip file to a g mail address from a yahoo account?

Drinking lots of coffee. 52° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 75° with lots of sun. Little under the weather with allergies. Pollen count is getting higher everyday. But it sure smells good with all the citrus trees in bloom. Maybe need to stay in instead of sitting on patio to help my allergies.
All those in way of the storms that hit here Monday. Stay safe and warm.

Alright, this is weird. 34 degrees out. I got home last night and it was 50! There is of course a storm coming in. Anywhere from 5-10 inches of snow was predicated, but now they are saying 4-7. My yard and pasture parts look like mud swamps. These wild temp swings cannot be good.

18F & cloudy. No snow or rain here, or in the next ten days to speak of.
