I hear ya ... it takes me a good hour or so to really wake up and come out of the fog (even with coffee) ... and attempting to move around much within the first five minutes is perilous at best ... lol ...

I was afraid to mention my brain seems it wakes up an hour later then forgot where it was. Have a great day in whatever cool projects you get into

David MFW: Glad to hear from you. Sorry your best job prospect didn't pan out, there will be others. Stay strong.

Rswyan: I used to carry a roll of Easy Braid around in a former life to do the very occasional component replacement. And a little pin vise with a tiny drill bit for cleaning out holes in PCB's, a 20 watt iron, and a roll of flux core solder. Most of the work was whole board replacement.

Drew: Take it easy on those body parts. You've recently have done a lot of driving punctuated by lots of activity with a dash of stress. That would wear down a 30-year-old, and you are 2X that +.

I did not check the weather this AM. Looks cloudy and humid. Some storms approaching. In life too. Just got last contract whacked. I am now there with David, looking for work. WOW. I actually see no work in two weeks. Unreal how things can turn on a whim.

Sadly, in his case the lyrics turned out to be somewhat prophetic, which is one reason why country music should be avoided when depressed. The other is it sells more beer in honky tonks to those looking to drown their sorrows.

'Looking for work' has become a standard element of living in the last 20 years or so. It is still difficult to get used to the idea I think. A 'whim' here and there can change a lot. I swear the last thing most businesses want to do lately is actually hire or employ someone.

Good morning all. 73F (dp 67F) sunny here in Gainesville. Heading home to mow the jungle . There will have a heat advisory today, temp 96F and hi will be above 100F. Rain forecast for tomorrow, hope I get the mowing in! Suppose to cool way off next week at home. Leaving boat here in anticipation of selling house and moving.

It's 65 here and foggy. Headed to about 88 and humid. Been watching a forecast cool down that keeps moving closer and closer to October. When I started watching it it was set for September 8 now it's close to the 15th.
