good morning all. Beautiful cool morning here; this is NOT normal August weather for sure.

I put a really nice clamp on the wheel of my small boat stored at public storage, a 15.5 Scout dual console, and when i went to unlock it, the lock only went half way and the clamp stayed put.
Headed back at it today with some Kroil, backed up with a strong power drill and some cobalt bits to drill out the lock if needed. what a pita. oh well, shows what two years of rain will do, even on a name brand.

David (MossflowerWoods), your comment: suggests discrimination...in fact, possible slander, by that judge. If your lawyer agrees with your assessment, you might want to consider a lawsuit against that judge.

I am still reeling. Yesterday was a nightmare. My weekend pickup time got pushed from 3:30 to 5:30, and then we immediately after grabbing some groceries got stuck on I95 for over 3 hours, mostly around mile marker 122 (got on at 126, 118 is my typical exit when headed south). Yesterday was a nightmare.

My primary need is to land job, that will float all boats and force a hearing to reset the support #'s at my actual income at least. I am going to shot for a mistrial or an appeal, but that will take months. If I do not get income, I will be flat broke in 2-3 weeks... I am scared and angry, and I was not able to sleep well last night, and I woke up angry.

I still cannot believe a woman can just make crap up, instigate problems and them blame me for them, and destroy my life and reputation. Grrrrrr.

Enough of that, The weather here is gorgeous this morning, and my girls are in my house, even if only for 48 hours...

As much as I hate to say it...you may have to consider bankruptcy. This is something that, after your time with your kids, you should discuss with your lawyer (if he or she is knowledgeable on VA and federal bankruptcy laws).
Bankruptcy isn't that uncommon, nor shameful. We (wife and I) went through it about 20 years ago. Like you, a job loss precipitated the bankruptcy. In retrospect, I wish we hadn't waited as long as we did...

That is good advice Roy. These things can get sticky and best left off from public available data trails. Not all lawyers are at the bottom of the ocean and it is times like this that you have to have a good one working in your corner.

David MFW sorry about your trials and tribulations. From the sidelines, it seems like the divorce process is too often an economic torpedo.
