Ahhhh...Christmas Eve (almost)

20 right now...high in the low 30's and...maybe an inch or so of snow. It would be nice to have a white Christmas!

Another nice day today, warm and dry until late this week. 55 high for today.
Have muffins to bake, otherwise not much planned, though likely to blow some leaves off the driveway

21F moon still shining upper 20's for high, chance of heavy dusting snow tonight.

Yesterday went well pickup rake limbs branches burnt last brush pile. :dance1:
Plans for today... quick trip to town for goodies,might rake clean up branches limbs small section field.
Yesterday while ground cleaning happen to look over old artesian well never been used good 1/4" water flowing out never happen in 38+ years at this time of the year...been wet fall.
Time feed critters and start poking around.

Good Morning!!!! 46F @ 5:15AM. Areas of dense morning fog. Periods of rain. High 48F. Winds SSE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 100%. Rainfall possibly over one inch.

Don, sorry for your departed aunts. Some of my strongest, and saddest, memories growing up were of funerals during the holidays for aunts, uncles, and especially grandparents. Winter still seems to take the weakest, even these days with all the modern medicine and conveniences to keep us healthy.

The touring bike is all back together and running well, using the ICU from the new dirt bike. I went so far as to pack it for the trip, and am tempted to try to leave this morning, but that weather forecast is somewhat daunting. I'll take the buggy up the hill to retrieve the garbage can around 7AM and see how bad the fog is, then decide. It was very beautiful watching it come in around sunset last night, but short of snow, I can't think of worse weather to be out on a motorcycle in than fog.

I hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas and a very prosperous New Year. As usual, I'll probably have little or no Internet service during the trip, so I'll catch up with you all in a week or so.

Good morning! A frosty 31 ˚F on this Christmas Eve.
Thanks for the condolences guys.

7 huge turkeys are by the back fence. Whipper has no desire to leave the warm sunroom. We got Whippers Christmas gift yesterday - we enrolled her in a 6 week training session that is given by our neighborhood "Pet Club". The class cost $35 which is donated, by the very good instructors, to the local no-kill animal shelter. Whipper did good in the summer 3 week course and is good on a leash, sits and lays down on command. At the end of this Winter course she should be able to get a beer from the refrigerator.

RNG as kids in the 60's we had a Zebra minibike that's still in Dad's barn. Is that the same Zebra brand you have?
