The ROPS on my 3240 folds down with the removal of just two pins. Doesn't yours have that feature, too?

Yes it does but it fold too tall. I have 6 feet of clearance fold is like 6' 6". But does unbolt between the fenders. So I don't have to take it off down to the axles. One reason I chose this model. Plan is to remove with an easy system ie. The ropes. So it can be reinstalled when I'm done in the chicken coops. Be doing it every couple of months.

6.1F and sunny @ 10:00 ... overnight low was 1F ... headed above freezing for the high for the next 3 or 4 days.

Got the second filter hooked up to the RUGF and running yesterday and pulled the other one off the tank ... need to soak the micron filter element in a bleach solution to clean the (dirty) diatomaceous earth off it. Went to do that last night and noticed The Woman had used up the plain bleach (that she had bought me for just this purpose) and left the scented bleach sitting on the shelf ... :confused2: Grabbed another gallon while I was out yesterday.

Split the Java Fern into 9 pieces and tied 'em onto a couple of rocks in the 55g with mono filament fishing line ... hopefully it will root into the rocks.

Tested the water this morning ... still sitting around 0.5 ppm ammonia, so it could take a little longer.

Got a hold of the guy with the stand yesterday ... he had someone coming to look at it in the afternoon. Evidently they didn't show or didn't end up taking it, because he called me this morning. Will run out this afternoon and have a look. Might stop by the LFS and see what they have in the way of plants.

The birds have definitely discovered the suet in the feeder ... The Squeak was utterly fascinated by all the activity. But not enough to stop being a PITA.

Have a good day.

Good Morning {but just barely}. 1155, sunny, 57F with 38% humidity. Forecast high of 59F with no chance of rain today, and a low of 34F tonight. We did have another heavy frost this morning. I stayed at the camp, and didn't really get cold. I built a 7 layer upside down fire, and it was still burning enough this morning for coffee. I came on back to give Margie a goodbye kiss. She is off to Orlando {I think} for a conference. I picked up a new compass yesterday and I'm heading down to the river swamp to play with it this afternoon.

You guys have a good one,

Larro

Missed morning call, but had an upholstery job from an old customer, I've done 2-3 jobs since I closed up two years ago, but couldn't turn down $755.00 for six hours of very mild labor.
Cold and windy today, after a mild Tuesday and cold Monday, up and down.

Got home about 2030 last night. Training was good...most of the subjects I'd already had experience with, but a refresher is always good. Plus, company put us in a very nice motel...place had FREE complementary beer between 1800-1930!!!!

Cold this morning...8 degrees right now. The temperature is supposed to hit 26 as a high. There's about an inch of new fallen snow too.

25 headed to 51 and mostly sunny.

Felled two tall dead oak trees in the woods yesterday...cut one up and brought up to the house. Plan to split and stack today, but my wife might want my accompaniment to town today. If so, I may take advantage and visit a coffee roaster I've wanted to see.

Good morning! 36˚ clear skies. Eric we call a "Strainer" post a "corner" post. I'm not 100% sure but for spade we use the term sharpshooter, not to be confused with a cowboy with a good aim.

For the improved internet antena I put in a 4.5 meter strainer post and 3 - 3.6 meter strainer post for the guy wires. I used a hand posthole digger and a crow bar in the tight red clay and went down 1.2 meters. Cool I can talk "over the pond" english.

Well paint the town and the front porch, you nailed it ! Yeehaw. :cool2:

Good mornin' y'all. I'm fixin on cutting more firewood, gettin' mighty cold this weekend.

[:ashamed: Sorry Don, I am not as good as you at linguistics - and we don't even have a porch ]
