86 degrees in Washington NC and it feels like 94. Lovely.
I've been doing stuff inside in the a/c waiting for the temps to lower.
Sun is starting to dip but we are having a warm spell this week that even has the locals talking.
Must be that Texas heat...

going to do a little mowing with the new JD mower. Run it full blast like they say to. Which I sure don't do pulling a cart around. Basically just making a path to the barn through the field grass that has one more week before it gets a prime hair cut. And then once I'm back at the barn putting the lawn mower away, well just might do a little cleaning up in the area of the demoiished barn with the Kubota. That ac works just fine. I'll have to find that Williams Happy cd I have and get in the groove. For those of you old enough to know what the groove was, and clearly that's most of us.
but if you are a bits and bytes only fellow, maybe you won't find you way into the groove...

78 right now about as high as it got as it has just stopped raining. Hope it drys out so I can finish mowing. But forecast says rain for the next week.

A wonderful day on the beach nice breeze water was great could not ask for a better day. Family and friends it does not get any better. Have a nice Labor Day tomorrow

Good evening all. No temp gauge here don't know what the morning temp was. High was 92F and dp 72F, almost the same as back home. Played the golf course today, nice course but long. searched houses on internet, picked out 5, called realtor will look at 3 tomorrow.

Good Evening all. It was a muggy 75F for today's high. Still 68F now. We had a light rain around 4 pm with fog and mist following that. Settled the dust at least.

I worked on the field for about 6 hours today. Called it quits at 2:30 pm. Low battery status struck again. I will say my back and arm muscles are getting toned up. :laughing: I get on and off the tractor enough to account for at least 10 minutes on a stair climber. It does tone the muscles but it's not a good cardio workout since the heart rate is never sustained.

Forecast calls for mid-80's with high humidity tomorrow, 20% chance of rain.

Good afternoon, 1715 here and 72F and raining. Made it to 80f and we've had 1.48 inches rain so far this afternoon.

I did get my gate frames cut and fitted but will wait til tomorrow to assemble.

73 and raining, heading to 93 and sunny, with the so called heat factor hitting 99...the hottest day of the year here so far, although tomorrow will be hotter.

Having a family and friends dove shoot here this afternoon.

Got coffee brewing. 62° with light fog this morning. Heading to 82° with chance of thunderstorms in late afternoon. To much picnicking yesterday. Should be a great day to lay back and enjoy Labor Day.

I'm just going after my second cup of coffee, but unfortunately it's 77 degrees here going for 96. We've had our daughter's 3 Maltese dogs the last couple of days while they went to Austin, but daughter and granddaughter will be coming after the dogs today. So I don't plan to get out and do anything today.

It's 62 and a bit of fog right now. The fog should burn off by 9 or so, then a clear day with a high of 84.
