It was for a scooter so I need to extend the harness to the cockpit for lights, ignition etc.
Started to search for some seats but they are outrageous for a yard cart.
Last guy that we bought it from butchered it pretty good. He was a worse welder then even me. Will need to do a little more welding on the frame too.

I plan to use it on some small engine heads and perhaps a 3-cyl Kubota head, if necessary.
I always wondered, how do you hold and dial in amorphos castings like cylinder heads? I always assumed you must bench the face you're cutting against some fixture, but then the fixture would be in the way of the thing you're cutting. If the valve cover lip were always machined parallel to the head gasket face, then I'd guess you could set that on blocks, but I don't think they're parallel on all engines, and angles are never all that controllable.

It's not that hard to get the head indexed. Most heads have threaded holes in the ends or port surfaces. You just set up a cradle jig and sweep the head with a gauge. Only the ends need to match to be flat. A flat edge will tell you if the ends are high or low. Highs get milled off.

Small engine flat heads are a piece of cake. They're bolted down through the spark plug hole with a stops on the sides. This keeps them from spinning. Small engine OHV heads are set up the same as multicylinder heads like above.

Good Morning to All Who Celebrate! Currently 40° heading to a high of 57° with a fair sky overhead. No rain forecast.

Arm is healing up well, just in the stage where the stitches become itchy which is irritating. Decided not to go up to my friend's Halloween party. Been spending too much time on the road at this rate and the truck needs another oil change. I'll probably square that away on Sunday.

Reached out to a few firewood customers this week, several are interested so I need to put the hurry up on felling those oak trees as well. Might get after them this weekend as Dad's up at the farm hunting. At least Mom is still here if I get into a bind. Otherwise not a whole lot on the agenda this week, just need to take it slow for a weekend or so.

Girlfriend's mother was released from hospital with a clean bill of health, I ordered Permethrin to send in the Christmas Box Exchange. Think that will help them a lot more than the sprays they've been getting.

I just watched the video and now you know why I don't do any drugs within 24 hours of driving my 4 wheeler or driving the big truck.
Since retiring I just don't do any drugs within 24 hours of driving anything. Not even my tractor.
