oh dear, mess in bedroom, the Mrs will not be pleased
man the mops!

same kind of drizzle settling in here too
got the phone number of repairman Popgadget recommended, googled the guy
and it was all positive with one reviewer saying fully satisfied over 28 years.
So this guy has seen it all. And i have a generic cheap dishwasher hopefully he will have the
part for.

might surprise you but most reliable dishwasher is Bosch with Miele right up there, the Germans score on dishwashers.
But you don't put a two thousand dollar dishwasher in a rental house for sure.
They mentioned Whirlpool as making the first cut, thinking a cheap basic Whirlpool would fit the rental requirement.
darned dishwasher stinks of burned something. Going to check if it's on its own breaker on panel, want to flip it off.

I'm not sure about LG, they have had a lot of class action suits against them. Maybe better now.

The most reliable dishwasher brands are generally considered to be
Miele, Bosch, LG, and Whirlpool
, with Miele and Bosch often cited for their superior build quality, longevity, and consistent performance. While LG is a newer entrant, its in-house component manufacturing contributes to strong reliability, and Whirlpool is known for customer satisfaction and efficient performance.
Had to get Sophie’s Kenmore replace a couple years ago. Problem was Control board no longer available.

We lived near San Pedro harbor in Long Beach in late sixties. We often visited Ports of Call, San Pedro. I think it has since been demolished and redeveloped

Lots of containers

Lots of containers

I'm looking at all those containers go for a swim and I'm thinking guess it's going to be
awhile before that replacement TFAL frying pan comes in. My old one has a ton of use and it was time, and there was quite
a backorder date for Amazon's number one pan. Now I see why.

Swim after that one buddy! It's got my pan in it!

I'm not a big fan of public places and/or crowded places.
public places and politicians seem to be a bad mix; seem to be magnets for the crazies
sadly someone was a very good shot today, at least just one target.

we sure aren't very civilized at the end of the day
anyone who thinks we don't need police or the military is simply delusional.
I'm happy to see the police, because I'm your everyday good citizen. or try to be.

events like today never make things better.
just waiting for the stupid comments to follow about the political persuasion of the shooter.
person is nuts, a killer, and since this was clearly intentional, should wind up locked up for life.

on a more pleasant, and I hope delicious, topic
I booked a reservation for next week at very old local restaurant I haven't been to in a long time.
Right near where my friend lives near little airport in Doylestown, the county seat.
I think an uninspired dinner menu, but what a wonderful bar menu.
Wagyu sliders, sliced ribeye tacos, fried brussel sprouts, lobster mac n cheese.....sounds yummy.
and also heart attack food, but I see a beet salad on the menu to go with it.

One of my regular digs. Been going there since 30 years before it carried that name. IMO, it was much better back when it was run as the Sign of the Sorrel Horse, but it's still an experience.

My sister actually had her wedding reception there.
