70 warm and humid storms later not sure if we get more than tease I am tired went to bed at 2:10 up at 4:30 not enough.

Grass really needs mowed just no time.

Good morning, the low is 65 and going up to 77°F. Wind W 8 mph. 30% chance of showers.

While junior is doing the annual maintenance on this computer I think I will take another stab at the grass. I hasn't rained in a couple of days and yesterday was up in the 80s and sunny.

Buppies, the grass isn't going anywhere. It will be there when you get the time.

Phone tech never showed up yesterday afternoon...after they scheduled a visit from 1pm to 5 pm...I was out mowing for 3 hours of that 1 to 5pm timeframe, adjusting my mowing route to keep an eye out for his arrival...then found a I had received a text at 3:45 just saying my new appointment was Wednesday from 1 to 5.

But that lousy service is still better than the automated phone call I received saying the contractor would be out to bury the fiber cable sometime in the next 3 to 10 days...quite the big window.

I'm still graphing outages, and they all originate between my ONT and the first phone company hop, and goes from good quality at night and right now, to over 50% outage once the sun heats things up. Maybe I should apply for a job there, seems like I've done the diagnostics.

Outside chores done e muffin time.
Seems to lot more lighting bugs this year than pass years.
Plans for today...8 hours at part store afterwards yet to decide.

69 this morning and returning to 90. Still nothing in the rain gauge.

Spent the morning going to get a seal for the NH and getting tire fixed. Got home and tore down the front wheel assembly. Went well and it's ready to be RTV'd and put back on. That is this mornings agenda. Then a lube job and put it back to work
Dog is going to doggie day care for the day to get a bath, nails done, and social visit. Makes it much easier to work because all I need to do is pick up an extension cord and he try's to bolt! The airline is worse!
That will probably be the day. And then conserve energy the rest of the day

good morning, 76 going to 84 and severe storm on the FC for afternoon

Lined up tree removal work and raising canopy along the driveway. Cutting branches back to base should keep it good for several years. Will be a couple of weeks before they come out. Still need to identify a possible invasive Tree of Heaven that needs treatment to kill it

Cancelled the trimmer work since looks like one of the kids will help out
Mostly it was 200 dollars to trim along fences on the long driveway. Offered also a 3 man crew for a day to do whatever around the place for 1000 dollars

Accident near us. Someone is in trouble for not securing the load on the truck

Good Morning
73° and overcast, high in the upper 80’s as it clears up, with showers and thunderstorms likely later in the day.

My goal is to be back from my trip to Portland,ME before they build up.

It’s been a busy few days, got all the pastures mowed, I always dismount the loader when I mow, but I had the forks on it for moving the diesel tank for painting, it should have a bucket on it to remove it. Being lazy I just dropped the forks off and mowed with the loader frame on. I won’t do that again, it sure is a lot clumsier.

Made a Costco run, got a full packer brisket to get in the smoker for the 4th, I was surprised at the price, $5.49 a pound making it almost $100!

All the open areas need to be mowed, hopefully I can get to them when I get back from Maine this afternoon if the weather allows. The loader is definitely coming off though.
