Pretty much says it all. Today won’t be any better.

Off to have breakfast with the professor. Won’t be any outside chores today.

nice lunch with brother, restaurant not very full, not too many folks want to walk around Peddlers Village
when it's 100 degrees out.

put out a few new suet cakes, they were pretty gooey in the heat
on sale at Ace for 1.29

I would not want to work in a factory that made those suet cakes or anything to do with
meat rendering. I always wash my hands well after handling those little bricks of grease
blue jays love them
today's menu was two peanut butter cakes and one greasy seed cake
I do not believe there were any organic offerings on the menu...
and definitely not vegan.
I feed those birds really well, all this grease gives them the runs, and darned
if they don't give it back to me down the side of my parked car.
could sure do a Rodney Dangerfield routine on that...

massyrider, yes that was in the sun. The same sun that we unloaded 1/4 ton of compost at the mouth of the driveway.
I will try and score another 1/4 ton tomorrow. The M101CDN2 (same thing as a M416 U.S. Army trailer) handled it like a champ.

I had scheduled a local Bryant dealer to come look at my geo unit, with the thoughts of maybe replacing one of the units with a Bryant Heatpump. They called me back later, said they don't work on geothermal units. I explained it's a heat pump like any other they work on, and she hung up on me... They advertise they work on all brands of heat pumps. customer service strikes again...... At this rate, I might order a Mr Cool unit, I've known several people that have put them in and they seem to do OK.

currently 95deg out, says it hit 97deg once.

Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 4.7C and it's presently warmed up to 7.6C [predicted High of 10C], overcast with some wind. There was 15.4mm in the gauge @0900.

Nothing happened yesterday due to the rain, which was fine, but that task has been shifted to this early arvo.

I did receive a message from my Brisbane Mate that his parcel had arrived! Less than a day, although I did pay for "Express Post".

It's 'into town' day for groceries, but first a Veterans Coffee gathering @ 1000. I'll need to get home by 1130 for a quick paddock transfer (just the water trough) followed by an afternoon task starting @ 1300.

That's about it, take care all.

Weather map is showing a BS 80. Weather people can't even read a thermometer.
Supposed to cool down some Wednesday. Or so the thermometer challenged say.

Good evening all. 74ºF for the start, mostly clear sky, moderate breeze. Light wind, increasing clouds in afternoon but no rain, and afternoon high was 92ºF, HI 100ºF. Made coffee to start day, Grief Share, bike ride, cool off, mow front yard found 2 balls, lunch, nap, dinner.
