got everything put away outside and glad to sit down, legs and back hurt

found out I can get a complete Thanksgiving dinner for four from local upmarket supermarket for 99.95 and when I checked the
list of what they included, it was exactly what I wanted. I have two ladies coming for turkey dinner in two weeks, both older friends home alone, and
I'm cooking. Well.....as my nose gets longer, I'm heating up...
no room in my tiny house to do a big dinner so I need to make up plates in kitchen and serve them.
and one will bring a home made fruit pie, how marvelous, and the other is bringing a veggie.

going to be an early night, despite a fresh pot of coffee. I'm yawning already.

Good (Friday) morning. Overnight Low of 6.3C and it's presently 13.2C, overcast with a slight breeze. There was 3.5mm in the gauge @ 0900 with rain predicted throughout the day & night.

I completed stacking the 'house' [3 tons] wood yesterday + clean-up. I can now mow around the house if required, which is getting close as the grass is 'taking off'.

Unknown if I'll be able to start stacking at the woodshed due to the possible rain but I've always got a few things to do if that happens.

That m/kWh number seems on the low side, given other EVs today. I would be interested in if/how it changes as you and your wife drive it more.

That was my thought. My Prius Prime averages about 4.1, but it only has about a 30 mile EV range before becoming a normal hybrid.

Well, I have good news and not so good news. The good news is that the girl AND driving instructor that took me on an hour long tour of Barrie, ON and going to recommend to the MTO (our licensing people) that I can handle a car with no problem. No further testing required. The class 'A' part of it as far as I am concerned is gone, goodby and good riddance.
The not so good news, I have to wait for the MTO to decide to send me the letter that says my license is reinstated and that could take anywhere up to 30 days or so. Even though my license expires 9 Sept. 2026, right NOW is it suspended due to a medical screw up.
So there you have it good new and not so good news, just a waiting game now. When I get the print outs I might post them here. Then maybe you guys can make heads or tails out of them. And NO this was not part of the OHIP free medical. It was free after I paid out $775.oo. But that will come off my income tax.
