Went an voted, after work took nap

Son's band playing at bitter end in NYC on Sunday, some of my friends and family will show.
Cousin is having back problems and may have to go out on disability.

The trip to NYC has me worried now, even 20 min drives cause me a lot of issues. I probably won't be able to eat that day. Frustrating.

Buppies - hope they can stop the bleeding, sounds annoying, hope this next round with DR.s and surgery gets you to a good state.

Scaredy - delays, delays, just do your best to keep your sanity and know there will be a date coming up where you can move on.

Sorry to hear about the problem with the neighbor, Mike. People like that should be deprived of their 2nd Amendment rights. Maybe time to bone up on noise regs and get zoning folks involved.And the neighbors.

Friend of mine down here got a melanoma diagnosis last week, scheduled for Mohs surgery next week. Pretty nervous about the whole thing.

Unloading out the drop gate of the box trailer was much easier yesterday, and new friend Charlie found a way to get the sandblasting box to the back porch. Headed back north this morning.

I noticed my county/school property taxes were down about 30% and then noticed in small print on the back that there will be another tax bill coming if a proposition fails. Apparently enough people saw the small print and proposition 4 passed yesterday. That's a good thing, now just waiting to see how they make up the property tax money deficit in their budget.

Anybody else in Texas notice a property tax decrease this year around 30%?

The problem with the phrase "Book Banning" is it means different things to different people. Not sure what the situation is in PA. There's a lot of opposition to pornographic books in schools, yet there's people that support it and claim Book Banning if it's not allowed.

Still want to get up there and visit Washington Crossing.

Certainly invited to stop by here. The park on the NJ side is much bigger than PA side, lots of older houses moved from other areas to make it a good visit.
Lots of interesting places here and bridges. The canal walk on both sides makes for good hikes/bike rides.
Lots of history like in your area.

68°F and .04 inches rain.

Off to Costco this morning. Judging from the list it won’t be one of our cheaper trips.

Got the Hilo end about 3/4 mowed and looking good.
