Wife is mowing in observation mode
yours or hers?
if hers better show her where the yellow pto button is... ;)

got all the lime put down and then on a Sunday Walmart delivery came, new outdoor picnic table to replace
existing rotting wood one. This one is plastic, will have to devise a clamp to hold my weather station.
and of course it's in dozens of parts and sitting in the sun. Was nice delivery guy brought the big heavy package to the rear of house and leaned
it up on the trailer. I must have been putting down the limestone and didn't see him. Nice extra touch.

I have to cool off before I go back out and finish it. I started it but too much sweat in my eyes. Need to go back out with sweat band.

then at some point I have to saw up the old rotted wooden picnic table.
Really don't want to put that in the woods, suppose I could put it out in pieces in trash
over a number of weeks.

death toll in Hawaii now exceeds California Camp Fire.
nice to hear ex wife and her daughter's family all got out at 2am, evacuated about an hour before the entire block burned down.
thank goodness.
now she is flying back to NJ, not that far from me, where she/we used to live.
Haven't seen her in 25 years.
Very dysfunctional, more than I could handle. So admit I'm a little leery.
I will likely quietly help with a little money.
I'm sure the call will come...and that's ok, not too many folks have their entire town burn down and lose 100 percent of what they owned.
Time to help. But not get ensnared....

Glad to hear Ex is OK.
I’m afraid that here the news will get more somber the next few days. Only 3% of the area has been surveyed so expectation is significant rise in death toll.

I had a mower that acted like that. The gas tank cap vent hole was blocked.
my husqvarna started dying when it got warmed up, just had to loosen gas cap. Vent blocked.

Coming home from VA yesterday, when I filled up at Costco last night my gas cap was hanging outside the fuel door by its little strap. I forgot to close it at the last station.

Beautiful job on the basement, James.

Mind sharing what sort of finish you used on the butcher block counter tops? The ones here don't seem to have much of anything on them and need some attention...

Home Depot sells a butcher block oil. I used it on some countertops.

Back when I made the counter tops from eucalyptus I treated with a mix of mineral oil and bees wax applied hot.

I'm off to Tractor Supply this morning to get some lawn lime. Researched why my lawn is dying next to the pines.
if you zoom way in on this overhead pic, you can see the dead lawn area at the top left. And another one starting near the septic tank.
All under pine trees.
Like a dead desert. Too acidic.
Small bag covers 100 sf, have a small Scotts spreader I will use.
maybe I should get two bags.........or a bigger bag. Lot of pine trees here.

I had this same thing in NC and didn't research it. Put lawn food down, new grass seed, it all died.
I was told it was some kind of fungus amungus.
I'm thinking I should have tried to raise the PH...
Glad Ex got out safe.
Glad you liking the drone.
