Coffee has finished brewing. 57° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 84° with thunderstorms in afternoon. RV friend arrived at 11am. Talked old times. Then went to local park and fed birds and chipmucks. They come and eat out of your hands. Always a great place to take new visitors to my 2 site campground. After friend leaves will try to continue with roof repair.

Thanks Randy, still researching no clue how firmness works with theses types.
We currently have a Cal King and thinking we may want a Split Cal King with the adjustable bases. I keep running into shipping as a challenge, even Costco.

Drew, how about not plugging garage opener into a GFI receptacle. My son kept plugging his garage fridge into a GFI. Lost a lot of food before he put a standard receptacle near the fridge.
66°f and cloudy, dew point 65° so it’s a bit soupy out now, highs in the mid 80’s and supposed to see the sun for a couple of days 
Need to take the trimmer for a long walk today and hopefully it drys out enough to get some mowing done. That’s about it for today.
Extra prayers for the GM crew and their families dealing with healt and other issues.

good morning all
a lovely 62 out today and a sunny day going up to 89 today.
4.45 inches total rain from that system.
have to go food shopping this morning, then back to unload rv, do wash, but hopefully get some time in garden on a nice day.
Might wash rv also, see how how energy I have.

my garage has one underground line going to it with a 15 amp breaker. One GFCI in garage controls everything
The garage door opener has a back up battery, but clearly it's shot and doesn't work. These are little 5AH batteries, or less...will try to replace with
10ah. The extra cost for the battery backed model was only 20 bucks more so they sure didn't put a quality battery in there.
If I owned this place I'd put in a new service line to garage, but not on a rental.

It's a nice soggy morning out today, the sun is trying to peek through. A bit over 3 inchs of rain yesterday for me.
The parts for my Branson's AC ($$$$) came in so may try and get that going today if it works out.
Tried soldering and just never got it right so new condenser and a receiver/drier a bit over $730, ouch.
Drew if your garage has the GFI in the receptacle have you considered just adding a second receptacle in the garage on the same circuit. Pull the existing GFI receptacle and install a regular non GFI receptacle first in the circuit then reinstall the GFI receptacle next to it.
No flooding or road wash outs in my immediate area some not to far away.
