Popg, was looking for your comments on repairing the leaking pressure washer pump but could not find it. Maybe an overlay with oxy/acc brazing may work after grinding it clean?

That’s pretty ugly! Weld repairs on cast iron can be structurally strong but are rarely liquid or air tight. If you bead blasted it clean and used a decent borax type flux, flowing bronze over the entire area “might” work if the edges all flow to a nice wet edge.
A high silver rod like Harris Safety Silv56 would likely be better. Use the Black high temp “Stay Silv” flux as well.

Just did the math and YTD with 9 Golden Comet hens… 1139 eggs produced.
That's lot of easy over and scramble eggs.

One kitten convince to have nap,she got fussy when I try to slowly remove her from my arms...guess she wanted more nap time.
Timmer enjoy the long walk
2+ hours bouncing on rider mower it's done for another week.
Plans for the evening little bbqing follow setting on the deck enjoying smooth cigar waiting for critters and stars.

87°F and a thunderstorm at the moment, down from a high of 92° just a littel while ago. Tried to post earlier, but the storm that snuck in ground our already slow satellite internet to a screeching halt. We've been flirting with triple digit temps here for the last couple of days, but never quite got there. Flashy, loud storm that blew through the area last night left us with only a tease of a little rain. Saw friends reporting some moderate to severe damage in other nearby areas. We've gotten some decent rain this afternoon, though. We need it in the worst way. Our pond is down three feet, and the ground is all cracked everywhere.
Still hopelessly behind in the reading here. Need to pop in more than just once every couple of weeks.
