Chase offers trading through JP Morgan, as well as the charge card and checking/savings accounts, which are free with minimum balances. But I've used Vanguard for years now, and with their low fees and decent web interface, see no reason to change now.Unfortunately Wells Fargo seems to be the only bank
to offer savings, checking, credit card and brokerage/trading all on the same page/platform.
FWIW, T-bill short term interest has been better than CDs, and buying them in the aftermarket at Vanguard has been very convenient. If you have enough to reach Admiral level, most all the services they offer are free.
