Good morning!!!!

very nice visit with Frits/M7040.
tells a lot about a man when he has 9 adopted kids.
We walked down to the little river nearby, very pretty here.
sure has been nice meeting my "tractor buddies" on this trip.

now for a nap. Was going to wash the rv but decided to wait until I got home tomorrow. I'm sure I'll pick up a bunch of bugs on the turnpike.

Another good meet and greet. (y)

Drew, it was nice meeting and hope daughter calling in was ok with you. I think the valve extensions will help make the TPMS system safer. Very nice at the edge of the river.
Good luck with your travel home tomorrow.

Got stickers and masking tape on the the metal enclosure removed along with the residue from both:

Think I'm going to leave the "Fire Dept. Valve" on there though ...

Next step will be to see if I can beat out the dents.

But first will go fill feeders.

OK, enough done for the day..... landscaping plant wise...we dumped one planter out of 4. The net result was about 120 bulbs, which were replanted in 40 small pint containers in the greenhouse, each having 2 or 3 bulbs in each.

We'll wait on the other 3 planters until the wind event passes. A few gusts about 30 mph hit us already, so called it quits. Her back was really hurting, so a good stopping point.

Wifey's thrill was the 25 containers of ice plants she grew from seed. They are in 1 pt. containers and filled them out. That's about $120 worth of plants for $2 worth of seeds. Here's one tray:

She definitely has a green thumb. Bunch of other flowering plants also growing nicely. I think we will be busy planting here in a few weeks or a month.....

Ken, sorry you don't feel well. Also sorry that the wifey is angry with you again.... any clue as to why? That makes it tough.

Drew, glad you got to meet and greet with a few other TBNers. Something that I really would like to do. Once I can figure out what's going on with the knee, we're gonna hit the road in the RV and maybe we'll get a chance to.

Just spending an hour doing the planter made it complain. Swelled it to twice the size of the other. Something is definitely wrong with it, but nobody knows why..... With my luck, probably some rare tropical disease .....

Kyle, prayers sent for some ratification of the preacher issues. Wow, just wow....$120K a year? That's insane. There should not be that much pressure on the congregation.

Time for a shower and put the feets up!

Never sure, maybe drinking will help
no, it will just make you feel bad afterward...
take the high road. Flowers, always start with flowers.
Now I've had three wives so that automatically qualifies me for, well, something,:cool::cool:

tell her you love her, and mean it
tell her she's beautiful, and mean it
tell her her happiness is important, and mean it

if that doesn't work, enjoy the worm in the tequila bottle....
now if the rest of you did the three tells tonight, I bet we'd have some smiling guys tomorrow. Really.

but I digress, thanks Frits, you have a lot of interesting experience, a Danish mechanical engineer who ran big projects for Bechtel. Huge job. Nice truck too!

Am thinking Frits you sometimes can't get a word in edgewise with your daughter, but her caring and compassion was fun to experience.
My favorite line was why do people have to be such "rear-ends"...
Sometimes you can smother those folks with kindness and change their way, and other times you just need to walk away, if you can.
And I really wasn't listening so I didn't know the context, other than it was caring for others.

and to really digress, if you take 150 full time church members times 500 dollars each, you get 75,000 a year. Paying almost double that is not going to end well. Or you need a few folks with really deep pockets. Too many other expenses to consider, property, grounds, utilities, etc. Bump it up to 1000 a piece, some could handle it, and you just start being able to afford a six figure staff.

Some churches have big endowments which throw off considerable income to pay expenses. The lucky ones...

woke up from nap, fresh pot of coffee, now what should I do on my last night out?
actually need to go for a walk.
then I have a shrimp and fish dinner to cook.
Still haven't used the stove.

RS, for all us retired firemen out there, you must leave that fire dept sign on. It's the memory...

that saw hasn't seen that much love in a long time

Drew, yes she gets into the subject of the day when she calls. Always interesting especially her calls when traveling. Remember calls from Afghanistan while being under rocket attacks. She has a schedule coming up of travel to several countries for the State Department.

and when she calls she always knows that her Dad will listen to her...
someone she can depend upon. All good.
except calling while driving is a real risk factor. Unless it's handsfree, not good due to distraction. I can't even do it handsfree.
It's why it's illegal in many states. Don't want to give Officer Bob a reason to pull you over.
