Good Morning.
Sunny and cold today, 24 when I woke up.
Looks like we got about 1/2” of rain yesterday. Warming up again after today.

Yesterday was pretty uneventful, we didn’t find any treasures at Costco, only came home with what we went for. Stopped at Pet Smart for a few bags of food for Zoe, she’s eating about 4 cups of dry food a day now.
Wife was giving me directions while I was driving, it seemed like a scene from a sitcom in which I was an unwilling actor.
Ended up making tortellini in meat sauce to feed the boys last night, came out quite tasty. The Willie posts here made me suggest that we do one of his songs last night, rhythm guitar player launched into “still not dead”. It was fun.

Today I hope to put the wheel back together and get it on the little airplane. UPS says the seals will be here this morning, as I decided to clean and repack the bearings while it was apart. The wheels are two piece, which makes tire changes easy after the bead is broken. Probably take it for a ride over the movie set once it’s back together.

Plans for today...dump run stop for critter food,afternoon if wind settles down pick up what I can limbs and branches.

Good morning all. Colder 26 going to 47. Today is a clear day with sun.

The power outage may only have been 4 hours yesterday but it took all day to get the modem and router working again. Should have left it turned on to the battery back up. Xfinity not much help when self owned so had to get MFG on the phone. But back working again. iMac and MacBook both working great. The wipe and reinstallation of software on the iMac cured the problems and the backups to iCloud allowed seamless reinstallation of files and apps etc. Netgear yesterday was trying to get me to agree to pay for a service for tech help for a year in exchange for help. Turned it down then offer was 6 months then one month and then free. Questionable tactics?

The Tempest weather station consistently predicts better than the weatherman and other apps.

Mid 20's this morning. Wife is out hiking and then we are going to the property to cut wood. Got alot down thanks to the power company clearing along the power lines.

Tomorrow daughter has hockey g ames all day so a day to relax before work

Cat in basement will jump on dryer, from there jump on cabinet top, then get on ceiling of basement bathroom. It’s 8ft, basement is 9 ft.
Today it figured out to walk from there across ductwork and get to shelves on other side of the wall, and then get down on side he ain’t supposed to be.
So I piled boxes on top of the cabinet so he would have no space to land. Within 5 minutes, as I sat and watched, he was up there.

Now I screwed a ceiling under those 2x4s out over the cabinet. Will see how long this takes.

Trade him in for a dog?

got my power cable, hooked up rv and then turned on the gas heater.
Maybe because it was 25 out last night, but after fifteen minutes, still blowing not warm air.
Hot air exhausting outside from heater; just think the cold soak will take a while to warm up.

mop 'n glowed the vinyl floors and waiting for them to dry. Then will figure out how to work the stereo (maybe turn the tv on?)
and listen to some tunes while I disinfect all the drawers, bathroom and kitchen.
