I've been told that wood ashes are good for the garden if you can't find any ice to put them on. They work on hard packed snow, too.

I spread our wood ashes on the lawn and it helps to keep grubs and moles away.

Wife said dozen eggs at Walmart now over $4.50, and gas went up $.20 today.

Ouch on the patio blowing away.

Dozen medium brown size egg's here $7.99 Gas down 9 cents $3.09 gallon...OTR diesel $4.79 gallon.

24F cloudy lower teens over night.

Busy day at work...whew,got home put the feet up I should say feet and 4 paws were up about an hour,couple wheel barrows loads of wood in basement fill Mrs. kindling box.

One of kittens Ms. Scooter in one of her playful moods she attack my toes and PO the Mrs. off also tackle her sister,I pointed my finger at Scooter said you need a time out,she ran jump in my recliner and holding her ground...time to get forceful with little static shock on her tail.

Plans for tonight...instead of ice cream fruit cocktail sure I get the look for them kittens watch some YT hit the pillow early.
