Drew, I hope you can do the treadmill...

Me too. I remember the last one, I think I barely passed, tongue was hanging out, BP really shot up
Just going to try to breathe deeply in the beginning, like swimming underwater, so you last longer...

I wonder what number they shut it down at? 180? or pulse

Whenever you push the envelope, never know what will happen.
But I do need to know, and with newly reported calcium deposits on my heart, which apparently aren't uncommon,
to continue safely with the dosage of arthritis meds I'm on, they need to make sure those meds aren't wrecking my heart.
So I get it. And going to get it...

Buppies, you keep the rain down there. 70 and sunny is fine with me. Your business is so weather related and weather
as we all know is still so unpredictable there is an enormous business of just predicting it. Local showers. Sometimes you think that shower
is following your paver around?...
My wife can not do the stress test in the normal way because of the RA disease so she gets a nuclear stress test where the heart is sped up with medication injected and using MRI to check it

Surprisingly, he also likes the second generation Toyota Prius and certain year Subarus with the 2.5L engine.

I had a second generation Prius for 12 years and put 275,000 miles on it. I traded it in on a new one about 5 years ago. Probably the best cars I’ve ever owned.

Paul, how long did the original batteries last?
Toyota really nailed their hybrid design.

Frits, thank you. I have severe OA and joints are pretty sore but too stubborn to stop.
Going to wear good walking shoes with arch and heel support and will give it my best.
I wonder if there is something I should eat ahead of time. Probably not eat, wonder if this is fasting.

off to UPS to return a box of my samples... and then to my brother's to drop off some radishes.
Will try not to get them confused.

Good Morning, no particular plans today other than what I may decide to go do. Having open days is always good with nothing urgent. Will continue to babysit the Hyundai repair but that is just a fun challenge for me to see how I can bring this to a conclusion. My daughter gets very frustrated about this and she I am sure not being treated right because of being women and black. Service writers take advantage and upcharge where they can get away with it.

Ordered some trees yesterday for delivery to put up privacy screen to the side with the tree cutting neighbor. 10 trees, five 25 gallon Cypress Leland and five 15 gallon Green Giant trees. Those trees planted together with a 24 ft wood shed should do the trick. Neighbor should be happy that the junkyard fence is not going up.

Good morning! 69˚F, heading to the 80, warm days again. But not for long.

Well I was schedule to work today but the tractor shifts today and tomorrow were canceled. Today probably just low attendance and tomorrow it is supposed to rain. Saturday will be a nice cool sunny day after the cool front passes through on Friday. They are having a "special" on the left over pumpkins. All you can carry for $10, with all money going to the CASA charity. When an abused child goes into foster care There is a volunteer that is assigned to the child. That volunteer is called a Court Appointed Special Advocate®, or CASA.

When you get them, can you take a close-up pic of the Cypress tree. I want to see if they are the same as the 5000 trees planted in the 2025 Christmas Tree field at the "farm".

Morning all, 38 going up to almost 70 and I can see the sun coming up.

Day job is becoming day/night job lately. But I get to talk to people around the world all the time.
Today it's Lebanon, UK, India, Slovakia, Australia and various places in the US and Latin America and China.
Best part of the job.

Well, back to meetings,

Be well,

I always have cars for a long time and keep repairing as needed. Repairs are good opportunities to buy new tools or upgrade when you do your own repairs. Usually cost of parts and cost of new tools will be less than going to get it repaired by a shop. The newer engines have a lot of special diagnostic tools needed to properly diagnose it and investing in that will pay off even if you have a shop do the repair. Knowing what needs to be repaired will prevent you from being overcharged.
For the Sprinter I have a clone of the MB diagnostic tools that can identify what the problem is as well as the repair procedure to fix it.
