what goes up doesn't necessarily come down.

Supertramp occasionally finds their way into the mix. Just two years ago we had $2/gallon fuel, so I believe it can happen again with the right policies in place.

Got the safety chain hooks installed and the snow implements pammed.

Get one of these and you can spray whatever oil you want. I mostly spray parts cleaner solvent with a smaller version, and I've forgotten what I sprayed with this large version, but it worked fine...

The very best way to go to any concert is in a hired limo. Then you could get as wasted as you wanted and didn't need to worry about a DUI on the way home.

What size pex for air? Use a regular pex street elbow? .

I use 1/2” PEX-a (or expansion PEX) because I’ve got the tool to expand it.
For the fittings, I use a drop ear ell or tee that is PEX x FMPT. For running ells or tees, I just use the plastic ones.

I never let an excuse to buy a new tool get away.

Two considerations about PEX-a.
1. It is more expensive, but better specs and far easier to work with expansion fittings than crimp rings.

2. A lot of hardware stores and home centers don’t carry it. Lowes does, HD doesn’t. Pretty much all supply houses and plumbing supplies do.

Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 5C and it's currently 19.1C (which is 4 degrees above the predicted High). It's a glorious sunny day and nearly calm. There was 4.5mm in the gauge at 0900, but that was from yesterday early arvo whilst I was in Launceston... according to the Aerodrome, it all came down within an hour and a half.

It's 'into-town-day', where I'll check my mail and post a couple of parcels, top up my petrol from yesterday's travels and do my weekly grocery shopping.

The weatherguessers say that things will (finally) be dry around here for quite a few days. A good thing as it's still very 'squishy' around the property.
