RNG. Might want check, see if they placed a lien against your property.
I checked a couple weeks ago, and so far, so good.

In reviewing the summons, it looks like it was filed in the wrong court. I have a call in to the clerk to find out how to get the case dismissed...

Good evening, low was 47 this morning and we hit a high of 74. Would have been nice except for the wind. Unfortunately, the worst is yet to come on Friday with gusts up to 70mph.

RS, sorry to hear about the loss of Mister. It's always hard.

Paul, I still have periods of deep sadness over the loss of our Kassie last July. It still brings tears to my eyes.... She was my little 'pocket pup'.... I smuggled her into the house in my coat pocket when she was 3 lbs at 8 weeks old. I will never forget that!

Mostly, The guessers are sayin no super high gusts after Friday, but will remain with 20-25 mph winds through next Tuesday. Hopefully it will be the last "wind events" for the rest of the summer. We really need some rain!

Drew, I'm sure you will find a solution to the Churches' deficit..... do you do any fundraising? The flowers look great!

Roy, don't fret about the mistake.... the secret is to learn from those mistakes.... I would bet that you don't do it again!

RNG, I heard you shuffling those papers way over here..... I don't think that I would want to be going up against you.... Hopefully be settled quickly.

Everyone have a peaceful evening!

I think you should get it transferred to Judge Judy's court. Sounds like an interesting case.

Wow, how frustrating. I know you have a chain of emails with them. This could get interesting. I just wonder if the jury will have enough "electronics" sense, to make heads or tails out of the arguments. Can you dumb it down enough for them?

Short story. 20 years ago, My friend was hit in his brand new truck. Snake farm paid to have it repaired (approx $17,000). He wanted diminution of value because of the amount of damage to an almost brand new truck. He sued snake farm in small claims court. Took his receipts and paperwork into court, and promptly lost to the snake farm lawyer. On the way out of court, the lawyer was nice enough to tell him his mistake. He said, "You should have sued the individual and not us directly." He was mad at them after going blue in the face fighting them for diminution during the remedial process.

Worked a bit late on my personal projects at work. Making the adapter plate to fit the Kohler engine to the Miller Roughneck 1E. Still need to put a 1/4" wide keyway in the ID bore, which is tapered. Don't have a broach handy...yet. Might make a tool to fit in the manual lathe, and use the taper attachment, to cut it. It's just made of aluminum.

Remember the Steiner beast needed a front grill, because the original was rusted out? Well, I'm no sheet metal guy, and this was the only free material in the free bin....

Of course the replacement is flimsy aluminum, but it should keep the twigs and leaves out.

Hope the food was good! You can send some drizzle down here please. Only wind down here, and plenty of it.

Did this adapter so far, on the cnc mill. Yes I know, it sure looks like a lathe part, but I had flatstock to start with, and I hate putting the big chuck in the cnc lathe....
