Mixed things up a bit.
While weather was subpar this morning, decided it was a good time to get prep done for tomorrow. Both the ribeye roast and turkey are fully prepped and in the fridge, ready to put on the grill in morning.

By the time I finished the sun was also out. Figured what the heck and got out the tractor. Wetter than I like but got almost 3 hours of field mowing.

Didn’t take out the new 13 Pro Max. Not until I have the new holder and reasonably sure it will be secure. Maybe rig a dummy cord. Wouldn’t even think to have asked Santa.

RS, know you asked Don, but I’ll chime in. Had both my knees done about 10 years ago. Sure, I can tell the difference. I don’t kneel, nor run, but boy what an improvement. While I do have a sensation that reminds me, it surely isn’t pain. Not bothersome. As for mobility, as stated, I don’t kneel nor run, but other than more a challenge when I get on the floor and need to get up, mobility is hugh improvement. I ride my recumbent bike nearly every day to stay flexible and no problems walking. Only wish I had done 1st one a year or so sooner.

Merry CHRISTMAS, the Christmas Eve program at church was quite nice. It was thrown together in just one week. Each family read a part of the first Christmas with a song in-between, a live nativity scene and a candle light Silent night. The music was provided by our 13 year old violinist. I’m icing my knee then a bite to eat then open gifts, all is good.

Good evening all. 57F for the start, heavy dew, partly cloudy sky, breezy. Windy, variable cloudiness, and high temp was 80F, DP 53F. Merry Christmas to all. Bike ride first thing 30 miles, then to fire station for maintenance briefing. # jobs to do, tie down generator on one of the trucks, replace batteries in breathing units and door sensor issues on one truck. Took wife to lunch, and also got one more Christmas present for me, a new battery charger, and oil for mower. Went to stepdaughter's church for Christmas Eve service than home. did get nap in. :)

In our end of Kentucky we're still in a heat wave hit 68 to 70 today and they're calling for rain Monday Tuesday and wednesday With the drop in temps.

Been rolling horse poop across the road for fertilizer but got lazy and made an opening in the dry lot fence and taking about 30 ft down a slight grade and dumping it over a cliff for rest of winter.

Last Tuesday I got the Moderna booster. Since it is 50% of the dosage of the first two I had some side effects but very mild and for about 24 hours. It did not stop my scooping.
