Thanks Don, my side hose lays out on the ground because I can’t find a good reel.
My other hose is on an old plastic reel that broke years ago. I haven’t used that hose in many years because I removed the hose bib on that side of house when I added the garage on, and never got it reinstalled. Close to 20 yrs now. . It’s on the to do list.

66°F and no rain

Need a trip to PO this morning. Otherwise back with my cabinets. Cleaned up very well. Sophie laughed when I told her I was blowing them with compressed air before setting in the sun. Made sense to me. Need to find best way to remove the residual glue from the iron on edging. While the drawers aren’t dovetailed, the boxes themselves are solid cabinet ply with hardwood frames. Only shelves are mdf.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

42F and mostly cloudy @ 12:45, headed up to a high of 47F for the day. Overnight low this morning hit 29.5F, Woman reports there was frost before the sun came out and burned it off. Looks like we'll have several more nights with below freezing temps before the warm up arrives.

That will probably put the brakes on the grass growth ... which would be just fine with me. Leaves continue to fall.

Got notice yesterday another order (for 4 peony roots) from Eden has shipped, due in by this Saturday.

Spent all of yesterday inside handling various matters.

Might get out there this afternoon and start getting the last of the plants in the ground. Need to get the electric fence taken down around the garden as well.

Hope everyone has an enjoyable, productive, and safe day ... (y)

How far down? I saw you were up at the Peaks of Otter, we are probably 2 more hours down on the Parkway, then south.

That’s as far as we went this trip. But have been looking at property near Floyd. Not sure I want to be that far out.

I would use razor blade knife to trim off glue on edging.

We aren't too far from Floyd, we go there quite often. Great little town, especially if you enjoy Bluegrass. Very close to VA Tech, Radford, etc. Beautiful countryside but expensive real estate; try looking in surrounding counties for more reasonable properties.
