Don't forget you get free tech support with an Apple iPhone, so don't be afraid to use it. It's better than most, the Genius you speak with will either be able to answer your question or get you to someone who will, and you won't spend all day on hold getting run around in circles.

If you're in a major metro area, you can also make an appointment at the Genius Bar, and get help in person. I even had a hardware update done at one in Sacramento a couple years ago, while I waited.
