Good morning to all! Low was only down to 36, high today around 54. Tonight snow is expected to arrive around 3 am, now forecasted for up to 8". Tomorrow the high will only reach 27.... WHAT HAPPENED TO SPRING?

Prayers sent out to the others here needing.... seems like a lot needed all at once!

Mostly, I hope all the tests on Mrs Mostly come back on a positive note.

Kyle, hang in there.... your a great Dad, I am sure you will help your daughter get through troubled times...

Don, I made the mistake of reading your post about the "tornado over the neighborhood" to the wifey.... we won't be moving to the Austin area any time soon....there was a stern "nope" in response....

Drew, I haven't been pushing too hard at all.... the wifey has a firm hand on the reins. Surprisingly, the PT staff was also quite conservative since starting. There has to be an underlying problem that no one has found.... The same pattern of the increased swelling and decreased ROM occurred with the previous 2 surgeries And start of PT.

I have to go get ready for the Dr's appointment.... I hope nothing serious is found...

Everyone have a great day!

Drew, has the cruise line notified you that all adults must be vaccinated? Royal Caribbean is requiring the vaccination for their first cruises in June.
not yet Don, not sure they will. They were waffling like mad when I called them and both times it was we aren't yet ready to disclose our "safe cruise" plan, just like the parent
company has. Well if the parent has it, the others should too. But they were very happy to take my money.
Both of us traveling together have been vaccinated already.
They have four big issues, better ventilation onboard like airlines have, distancing which would mean less passengers, mask requirements and vaccine requirements.
They did guarantee me a table for two at dinner, hopefully spaced out a little. I'm guessing the trick will be to get there right when they open at 6pm. Our tickets allow us to go anytime but
not sure how that applies anymore.

just finished putting together new LazyBoy office chair, my old one was worn out and creaking like mad. They only last six or seven years for me.

Paul (popgadget).... my SIL lives just outside of Perkasie (really outside of the Dublin area)... she gets her vaccine shot tomorrow. Strange being that she is only 58 and doesn't have any underlying conditions other than being a smoker. Not sure how Bucks Co is scheduling....

55°F and cloudy this morning, going up to 63° today. It's supposed to rain all day, and so far it has lived up to that expectation. Looks like we're getting into a rain-every-other-day pattern.

Played around a bit with the new Les Paul guitar last night, and put on a new strap. I was reminded immediately of the ridiculously poor angle of the front strap button, as it always wants to pull itself free of the strap. Guess I can add strap locks to the list of pending mods.

41-62 later, 59 now. Rain tonight and tomorrow. Upper seventies and low eighties the end of the week.

Mostly, I hope your wife didn’t have damage and that they can prevent any future problems. My late wife wasn’t so lucky and she refused to go to the doctor.

I’ve got to get to work, sitting on the deck with the dog is great but the pay is poor.

Prayers for the group are in order this morning.

The sirens have only been activated three times since we move here (about once a year).

The incident that sparked the construction of all the towns warning sirens was the Jarrell tornado in our county, 14 miles down the road, in 1997 that killed 27 people. When they say to go to an interior room away from windows sometimes it does no good. The houses were blown clean off of their slab foundations. My cousin (Yes Ron another cousin) was on of the EMS personal that responded that day and one thing he remembered was a kid that had a piece of straw impelled in his ear, like a piercing for an earring. Your wife would be OK in a home under ground storm shelter.

64°F and 6.99 inches rain. Day off to a drier start.

Need to make a PO run, probably the HD run I put off yesterday.

Taking wife for lobster dinner tonight, day late birthday celebration as the restaurant only does lobster on Tue night.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

We just passed the anniversary (1925) of the tri-state tornado (F5) around here last week. 695 fatalities over 3-1/2 hours.

Not sure about your part of Texas, but tornadoes are just a part of life around here. We get several a year, sometimes even in winter.
