Fiat - Fix It Again Tony

Yugos were Fiats built in Yugoslavia. Their reputation for reliability was miserable....

Do you know why Yugos have rear window defrosters standard?

To keep your hands warm while you push them in the winter

Italian and Spanish vehicle electrics are some of the most bizarre mobile electrical systems I have dealt with. While the Mediterranean diet may be good for heart health.....it causes an altered state of reality in designing electrical systems......l

A guy once gave me a running 124, I gave it back to him.

Just wait 5 years and it would rust out.

Yugo wasn’t much worse than Renault Le Car, I tried to straighten a fender on one, there wasn’t enough hammer and dolly work or shrinking in the world. Every time I tried to spread filler on it, it would cave in. So I priced a fender. $15! I spent more than that on filler, grinding discs and sand paper.

What had you done to him that he was trying to even the score??

I’m about 53 hours out from the vaccination and today I’ve developed a third eye on my forehead, not sure if it’s related, however my depth perception is greatly improved.

Seriously, I do have some soreness in the shoulder joint in that side today. I have bad shoulders anyway so I’m not sure if the shot is the culprit. Also today I’m just a bit draggy, not sick or even feeling particularly bad, just a tad off.

After a morning of very light snow, it’s now coming down heavy. Probably 4” or so on.

I've always had an affinity for small cars. While they're certainly not the best cars ever made, visually Le Car is probably my all-time favorite. Just a neat-looking little car.

Why are our power bills so expensive?

I never owned an R5, but I did have a Dauphine and a Caravel with the Gordini engine option. The Caravel was fun, but not very well made.

My bill for last month was;
$136.16 of that,
delivery was $86.59,
the electricity was $49.98.

Electric SC1 Non Heat
Basic Service (not including usage) $17.00
Delivery 0.06384932 x 954 kWh $ 60.91
SBC 0.005671 x 954 kWh $ 5.41
Legacy Transition Chrg 0.000318 x 954 kWh $0.30
RDM 0.00083 x 954 kWh $0.79
Transmission Rev Adj 0.00048 x 954 kWh $0.46
Tariff Surcharge 2.04082 % $1.72
Total Delivery Services $ 86.59

SUPPLIER National Grid
Electricity Supply 0.05241 x 954 kWh $50.00
Merchant Function 0.00193509 x 954 kWh $1.85
ESRM -0.001959 x 954 kWh $-1.87
Total Supply Services $ 49.98

So as far as I'm concerned my electric cost was $136.16 divided by 954 kwh or $0.14273 per kwh
which is 2 cents less then it was this past summer.

This is strange I have all the numbers is nice neat columns when I type this and when I look at it in the edit page they are in columns but then they run together when I post it.
