I got the Craftsman 19.2 set when I remodeled our Atlanta house - loved them. What was great periodically Sears would have a special where it was better to buy a new drill and batteries than just replacement batteries. They also built this house driving thousands of fasteners, mixing hundreds of pounds of thinset and grout, stirring countless buckets of paint, etc.
Sadly, I had to replace the rotary tool and it wad no longer available. Felt writing was on the wall for long term.

Seriously looked at the red, yellow, and blue, but just couldn’t get over the hump for what was basically just home use. About same time HD had one of their nice combo sales so I opted for the Ryobi kit. Have since added many of the individual tools and batteries as they came on sale. Totally pleased with their performance.

Boy, what a wet heavy snow...the weather guessers got this one way off....it continued snowing, on and off...still light (wet) snow as I type this (at 1357 EST).
This was a "heart attack" snow...tractor and blower did fine, but there is some ice under the snow. The EGO battery snow blower did OK on the walks, but since it's not self-propelled, it was difficult pushing it...but, job's done (for the day, at least). I expect I'll be hitting the walks and where I park the truck with ice melt later today, but more likely tomorrow. Although I don't expect rain now...if it did, it would just wash away the ice melt.
I am more impressed with the 4052 every time I use it...heat was definitely hot...so much I had to turn it way down. The Yanmar engine definitely does not have the torque of the Powertech (Deere built) engine the 4520 had...heavy snow that wouldn't slow the Powertech engine definitely bogs down the Yanmar engine in the 4052. Not a real big deal...just slow a bit and the engine recovers quickly. I'm real curious how this tractor will do with the Woodmaxx chipper next Spring...probably have to slow the feed rate a bit for anything larger then 4-5 inches. Per Tractordata.com, both the Powertech and the Yanmar engines have the same (claimed) PTO HP...

Once I finished the drive, street and one pass on the neighbor's drive and walks, had me a couple fingers of Connemara whiskey...then some chili and a beer. The pickletini will have to wait until later or tomorrow...think it's time for a nap!

Roll out Complete !! now to documentation and cleanup at work and start phase 2 -

Stay safe and be well!
Had an apartment with gas furnace for a year or so. That place seemed worse then the wood stoves for sucking the moisture out of the air.

I had quite a lot of issues with chapped skin and sinus headaches there.

I went out earlier to trim the apple trees, took one look and said this ain’t happening today. Decent day out, in 40s but no motivation.
Did take Christmas lights off the fence and put away.
Just got Christmas tree down and stored in basement. Back now hurts from carrying the mid section, had son carry the base section.
Been consolidating the old UPS batteries in garage, look over and see one on shelf in basement. Need to find a place to take them.
Think I’m officially a TP horder, got a few packs laying around.
Let pellet stove go out, was getting too warm.

Thanks, haven’t heard how he’s doing today, might get out of hospital. My sister went to be with him, since he now lives alone.

My elderly doctor friend who had an intestinal lymphoma when he was 70 told me Drew I had
a lymphoma at 70 just like you. Now I'm 86.
Trick is cutting it out soon enough. Hope your brother does well.

landscapers finished with the pavers under the generator. Now I have a place to put
a barbecue grill too.

Time to hunt down a movie or two to watch.

38F raining 3+" sloppy snow least gusty winds and the lights stop flickering.

As Roy said "Boy, what a wet heavy snow" after cleaning steps paths feeding area with pusher shovel I rather deal with 8" of fluffy snow, hope that was enough to earn some dinner.

Today National Do Nothing Day and kittens have celebrate day well and I kinda did the same. ;)

Dinner recliner watch some football about it....ho hum.

Enjoy the evening all.
