It's called a Ford. :) (Although I drive a Tundra, thought it would be more fun to say Ford.) I read this week that GM (Sierra and Silverado) out sold Ford for the first time in a long while). I hope you find what is wrong with yours and get it fixed.

LOL. Guess what I traded in for the Chevy? Guess this issues. LOL.

I am cursed across all brands with transmission issues. I must have done something wrong in my travels through Africa. Cursed I tell you. LOL.

Its a fine day to cut a transmission's shaft circlip groove.

My little green Speedaire/Dayton needs the belt tightened. (It really needs a new belt probably)....I did find a home for the old Husky compressor's tank....just need to haul it over there.

Rich, glad you're better, hope your friend gets better.

My 91 yo mom still hasn't rec'd a shot. The fact that she can live by herself is contrasting her to rest home recipients.

I can't find my metal bucket we use for fireplace ashes....Will go get a new one today.

It was 35F this morning, chance of sleet/snow tomorrow.

Prayers for our Country, prayers for truth and righteousness, prayers for our team, prayers for forgiveness.

Dump run is done...worked on the spreader (a Chapin) for a bit...looks like the gearbox is jammed. I sprayed more PB Blaster, but don't think that's going to fix the problem. I'll give it until tomorrow...see if it frees up, then price the gearbox if it doesn't. My guess right now is it's a lost cause.
Going to do a little internet (TBN, obviously) browsing, then the movies I described in my earlier post.

So far my 2008 Chevy is going good. But I haven’t taken it to the Levy yet.

I saw it written recently that;

?984 was intended .. to be a warning .. not a guide.納/QUOTE]

I believe that was the intent.

But looking around these days, it's just another idea/concept/inert object that has been adopted and applied by those of questionable character toward ill gotten gains and dastardly deeds.

32F and sunny @ 11:00, headed up to a high of 40F.

Need to refill all the feeders today, probably be a good day to finally get the snowblower put on the Kubota ... although I'm beginning to wonder whether we're really going to need it this year ... if I put it on, that will probably seal the deal: we won't ...

Have some housing cleaning to do ... beyond that I plan to monitor the continuing efforts to round up the seditionists, insurrectionists, and other assorted wannabe domestic terrorists ... who breached our nation's Capitol ... some of which apparently had intentions of committing violence, mayhem, and murder ... apparently by lynching and assassinating our elected government officials.

Very disappointing to see that there was a decorated Air Force veteran - someone who presumably swore an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution - among that lot.

Hope everyone has an enjoyable, safe, and productive day ...

Not the one I have, Don, but it looks like a good one. If I were in your shoes, though, I'd use that coupon at the bottom of the page and spring for the 5.0MP version. When you're doing inspection, there's no such thing as too much detail. More pixels let you snap a picture and then zoom in using a photoshop type application if you can't get close enough to see what you need.:2cents:

The way I read the app rules at Google, RS, they would not only force Parler into doing censorship, but Parler would also have to adopt Google's "community standards" i.e. Google's rules for what is acceptable information to access through the app, and what is not. That's what I call censorship to a much higher degree, on Google's part.

There's also the problem of how dependent we've become on tech companies like Facebook and Twitter for our news feeds. When a tech giant decides a politician violates their community standards and shuts down their account, they deprive that politician of a huge audience. That's especially critical during elections. And that's where the cries of election manipulation are coming from, directed at these tech leaders and media sites that play the same game.
