Good morning!!!!

Got some unsettling news from my nephrologist today, but I won稚 go on about it, just have to try some things and pray for the best.

28-62 so far today, pretty sunshine.

I walked the dog out back today and discovered I知 missing several fairly nice implements from the rear storage area. Stuff I don稚 use regularly but too a lot of work for someone to load. I hadn稚 been in that area in 5-6 weeks to notice it. Maybe happened when we went to Front Royal in October. They had to come in through the backside. It痴 been a while because the area is covered in leaves now. Thankfully they didn稚 bother my land plane, discs, back blade or York rake that are in a different area much closer to the house.
They did get a double hopper seeder/spreader, a large roller/aerator, a bottom plow and an 18 hp Kubota diesel that I壇 planned on using in my spraying rig.
It totally pisses me off to think those b@stards were in my space.

Prayers Randy. We are here to listen if you ever want to talk about it. Sorry about your missing stuff. Maybe take a look on craigslist or Marketplace?

I did get to celebrate 60 birthdays with her. All good. And now one with Luna.

Sad and glad. Hopefully Luna brightens the day.

Thanks for referencing that endoscope, since RNG said maybe look for higher MP than the 2MP one. Glad your spring fit...I have two of those boxes of assorted o-rings from HF, and never seem to find the size I need.

I cant decide between the 5 or 8

I don’t think the diameter is a big concern for me. Does $20 make it a better choice

H2O2 is dangerous stuff at higher percentages. Max legal over the road percentage is 59%

just saying...

Thanks for the warning.

How is it on rust and rubber seals?

1% dilution, and that's if the stuff in the barrel is 100% concentrate, the solution isn't going to be very strong, and I don't intend to leave it in the pump more than an hour or so.

Depends on what you're using it for. I've had problems at 2MP with details not being sharp enough to be really useful. Also problems with not being able to get the lens at just the right place for a sharp focus. With variable focus, that won't be as much an issue, and at 8MP, sharpness won't be much of an issue either. But the 14.5mm lens size would be an issue for me, as the main reason for using the thing is to get an eyeball into tiny places where you can't otherwise see. 9/16" is pretty big, big to drill a hole, big to get into nooks and crannies. Other than that, I wouldn't let the price tag get in the way. Just be aware that like any thing tech, next year the same camera will be half the cost, and for the same money you'll be able to buy one with double the megapixels and half the lens size.

Boy, for the mid-40's, it sure felt cold today! 33 right now...dropping to 29 tonight.
Tomorrow, another high of 40 and rain showers.
Since I really haven't had any need to operate the tractor since I bought it (other than familiarizing myself with the controls), I think I'll start it and let it warm tomorrow morning to see how well the cab heater works. I do keep the extension cord plugged in to the block heater but not plugged in to the wall receptacle and I'll use that for 30-60 minutes before starting the tractor.
There's still quite a few controls (Loadmatch and Cruise Control to name two)) I haven't tried out yet...rear controls for the creeper too, thinking about it. Once the machine is warmed up, and the heat is reasonably warm, I'll try the cruise control and, maybe, the rear control for creeper.
Other than the dump run, no plans or work tomorrow as of yet

Roy, happy cold start. You may need more than an hour or two on the heater, more time on heater, less time idling up to temperature.
Some tractors have very cold hearts. My Massey/Iseki would scoff at me if I didn't light up the heater for at least 30 seconds, 45 was better.
And then came the larger Massey built in India and it was a hot blooded machine. Started instantly with no heaters.
Last Massey, the largest, had an automatic sensor circuit that lit up the glow plugs as long as it calculated preheat was needed.
Some knocked, some clanged, some complained more than others.
Cold starts were always interesting.
So you will just have to get to know each other.

But a warm motor is a happy motor...
Even if you ran block heaters all night long it wouldn't consume very much juice.

and speaking of keeping warm, does anyone have heated seats in their tractor? Other than the aftermarket 12V plug in type.
and I'm pretty sure no one has a heated steering wheel in their tractor.
I had heated grips on a snowmobile 30 years ago, not like the tech hasn't been around forever.

Says to make paste with cream of tartar and baking soda. Just a few drops of H2O2. Apply and let sit for at least an hour.
It is an oxidizer.

Actually, Yanmar engines (such as the one in the 4052) have, in my experience, started pretty easily in cold weather, even just using the intake heater.
The Deere built Powertech in my 4520, on the other hand, was not an easy starter in colder (35 degree or below) and below 30, really needed the block heater (the Powertech sounded like an old WW II radial engine when starting...)
But an hour on the block heater is soooooo much easier on the engine!
So, easier cold starting, less wear on the engine...
