good morning all.
52 out now going up to 69, should be a pleasant sunny breezy day.
Winds seem to kick up the most around middle of day and then die down later.

Ted, glad you got your mower fixed. Impressed with size of oil cooler on Kohler, should help that engine last longer, which it clearly has.
And somehow I bet it just ran "better" when you were done...

off to Food Lion this morning for a few things, then back to clean up rv, and get it ready for an early morning trip tomorrow over to other side of Raleigh to dealership.
Need to check air in tires, will be first time it has ran in a month at least. Dealer needs to replace a part on slide control, unstick a too stiff water valve and fix a broken door closer strut, all under two year rv warranty thankfully. Dealer was interested in making me an offer to buy back my rv, last number was kind of low...but they have almost no inventory, sold almost everything they
have and lot of their new units are marked pending sale. Rv dealers have had quite a year thanks to Covid changing folks vacation plans.
I emailed dealer owner and asked him to look at my rv when it was in his shop and make me an offer I can't refuse.
I won't be using it for at least six months and not looking forward to it sitting out in PA winter's snow and ice. I bought it to travel and snowbird and I have to get my health assured before
I do that in future. Besides, think I want a bigger one, a used diesel pusher with a washer/dryer this time. I have no debt so I can afford one "toy"...

Roy, those curtain rods really did you in...must have stretched or bent the wrong way. Feel better.

Hope you all have a great Monday.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 38° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 71° with sunny skies. Got lawn and fence line trimmed yesterday. I was beat when done. Garden Pond manatiance will get done today.
Found this leaf in the grass while walking Sassy. I am sure I will get plenty of chances for a better picture in the coming weeks.

Drew, good luck with RV repairs.

Eric, your aiming is off a little to the left. :D

Roy, good back is getting better.

Mostly, TV install went pretty good. Just took a long time to get all the updates and program setting that I want. It has a very good picture. Even on old black and white programs. Its a Vizio 40" D series.

Buckeye, I would like going to pellet stove. But my back would not like it.

LS, good lawnmower maintenance project.

Thomas, wife firing up wood stove. :dance1:

Everyone be safe and healthy.

Good Morning All.

I understand real estate at the shore has been selling like hot cakes too. Sounds like there are a lot of smiling agents. If we ever get clear of this epidemic it will be interesting to see if people keep their shore houses and RVs. I have been thinking about a travel trailer but most look over priced and not that nice. Maybe next year.

Today’s picture was taken with my Canon EOS 7D. 18 megapixels. Raw Data was 7.6 MB. I shoot most pictures in auto mode. Most critter pictures are taken with my EOS 6D. 20 megapixels. 20.1 MB.
Biggest difference is 6D is a full frame and 7D is a cropped frame. Full frame is the size of 135 film.
My iPhone 10 max also takes good pictures of close ups.
Here is rose I took with it.

the rose is very pretty but more resolution on your "real" cameras...
Problem is size of picture, 20mb may look good but you can't send two of them through most email servers.
Having said this, I'm still surprised how nice most phone pics look, and the important thing is you have the picture, not having the camera back in the
car or house...

I started off taking pictures as high school yearbook photographer with a double reflex Yashica camera, taking three pics of every shot trying to bracket the right F stop.
Boy have we come a long way baby...automatic usually works best for me too, camera is smarter than I am.

finished my shopping, waiting for it to warm up a bit then out to wash bottom of rv, take off covers, etc.

Good Morning!!!! 69F @ 5:00AM. Sunny. Areas of smoke and haze are possible, reducing visibility at times. High 89F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.
AQI 157 and 328, inside and out. Winds have been coming from the east, moving smoke from two hot spots down canyon and making it difficult to breathe, even indoors. The weatherman's predicting a swing from the south to southwest, hopefully that'll improve the situation like it did last week.

The meadow wasn't very tall when you cut that swath, Eric. Were the sheep there ahead of you?

If RVs are in such demand, Drew, why not sell it yourself and cut out the middle man? Probably get more for it in Pennsylvania anyway, with it's more affluent population.

Very colorful this morning, Ron. Is that one off a tulip tree?

All that just for an oil change, Ted? You're a more patient man than I!

Dug into the instrument cluster on the van one more time to check the voltage regulator. Once I got the right pinout, it tested fine. Troubleshooting fault tree seems to point to the alternator as the problem now, but need another drive to make sure. And then I need to decide if I want to replace it with a rebuilt one, rebuild it myself, or try to find a new one. I'm not sure they're available any longer from the Subaru dealer.

Tried streaming some YouTube videos on the big screen, and the satellite feed just couldn't keep up. Too much buffering and blurry images. So much for the HughesNet propaganda.

Firmware update on the network gizmo didn't take, either. Probably the same problem with lousy data transfer rate.

Hope everyone's week gets off to a great start!
