Well, didn't take long.... got a call and sold the second water tank.... but have to deliver this one a couple miles away from where I dropped it off.

I guess I should have asked for more... I got about 60% of new, so can't complain. Better to sell than have them sitting here!

I am going to go deliver it this afternoon.

PJ if they still have the stop sign on the MO side the bridge won't move much traffic anyway :D

The last time I crossed that bridge - some two years ago or more - they had it open into the surface street on that side, which I believe is Broadway. It eventually comes to a stop light, about a block north, where you can a) turn left under the interstate and circle back into downtown, b) go straight up an on-ramp onto I-70 westbound, or c) veer right and stay on Broadway northbound. No idea if it's still that way, but it used to be the most direct route into downtown STL from Illinois, at least if you were on the interstate. The Eads Bridge still accesses downtown STL from East St. Louis by the Casino Queen, either by car or light rail, but I generally try to stay out of ESL.

Peanut had her fawn later than most Doe's.

All done for today with little projects/puttering and I didn't bend break nor lose anything, yep quitting while I am head. ;)
This evening I plan setting in lawn chair off to one side where Peanut and her fawn comes in just to see how she reacts  sure hope doesn't decide to sneak up behind.

Enjoy the evening all.

I got the grass all mowed, sprayed the driveway, my new hose rig is great, no more tangles.
While I was cleaning up the bigger tractor from mowing, I hit the plastic safety triangle and got a nice bruise and three corner cut in my right upper wrist. It was bleeding like a stuck pig. Oh well I’ve had worse.
Outdoor cats returned from their trip to PA today, they pretty much settled in and no more expanding the colony.

Good morning, pleased to see it a little brighter this morning, yesterday was dark clouds and rain all day long - all my fault for having an appointment to collect sun glasses from the opticians. The town was very quiet, when I called in the bookshop I was the first customer through the door in many hours. I came out with 3 books, feeling guilty that my taunting of the weather gods had done almost as much damage to trade as Covid-19.

Bird, please don't set the blades on your EGO too low - "The early bird catches the worm"

Don, all the camping I have done has been on grass, I imagine there will be more fun driving tent pegs into a crushed granite base. That curvy fence would be a good challenge for LS's fence unroller !

Kyle, great to see your daughter playing, but did you ask if it would be ok to post it for the whole world to see, or are you trying for proud dad forgiveness ? Hope she starts talking to you again by the time she gets to 21. :D

Thanks and shush!

Ron, that's not me playing with her. That guy has more talent in his pinky's fingernail that I do.

Eric, Here's the audiobook I'm listening to now, so far pretty good. In the Queen's english style of vernacular. Carrier Pilot, is the name of the book.

LIEUTENANT COMMANDER NORMAN HANSON – Tangmere Museum

So when I sneak up on RNG to feed the lizards, I just need to wear a bright vest and hard hat....noted. :) (You do know I'm just kidding I hope)....I would never tempt your trained lizards away. :)

Thanks PJ and Wng, $1600 would rent a pretty nice place here too. It's all location, location, location. Of course, we are in a medical desert here.

David, I saw on the news that Hawaii is not letting in tourists.

Have a blessed day all, and prayers for those in need.

I drove across Eads bridge once from west side, did U turn and drove back across. Wanted to go it because of it being historical.
Couple weeks ago when at mother in laws working on her tractor, I looked up and neighbor boy was standing in doorway watching. MIL says they come over frequently.
