Good evening. It was 64° here this morning and thanks to the nice North breezes we had it only got to 89°.
I left here at 6 a.m. this morning, headed to our Richmond house. We've decided to put that house up for sale so Patricia had a list of projects for me before she meets with her realtor friend this weekend.
The garage door was making lots of noise, going up and down, so I gave the hinges and rollers some Fluid Film love .. it now is nearly silent.
I took down her bicycle wall rack and the Little Giant ladder wall rack and filled the screw holes.
I replaced a couple of fluorescent tubes in garage ceiling fixtures and three ceiling flood lights in the house.
I got back to the ranch by 10:30 and decided to load the rolling ladder onto my trailer to take to sandblaster for blast, prime, paint since weather should be dry for the next few days. The guy who does the blasting brought the forklift around to pick it off the trailer. As he started to lift .. it got un-balanced on his forks. I jumped up on the trailer, to reposition ladder on the forks and my right foot went through one of the decking boards all the way to the ground and I landed on my other knee. This move .. is now called the "Mr. Bird".

. The guy, on the forklift, got so excited that he almost dropped the ladder on me. I picked myself up, got the ladder repositioned and lifted above the trailer rails. The owner, a good friend, was standing about 50' away laughing his azz off. He said this was better .. than watching the Three Stooges.
Got home, backed the trailer up to the shop and started removing the decking. I already had this on my "To Do" list but .. it got moved to the top of the list now. I just replaced all the decking on my 20' GN flat bed .. last Fall. This 6' x 12' will be a breeze .. compared to the GN.
Counting the days with you Drew.
Hope Jay is okay.
Don & Kyle .. keep that north breeze coming down here.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Prayers to all.
