a warm morning in Eastern PA, going up only a few degrees to 77 today. Rains which we expected last night never showed up, looks like New York got them.
Lot of grass seed in the lawn, hoping for a good soaker.
I am still somewhat stunned by reading the account in London of the two crazies who hacked the British soldier to death with meat cleavers.
Africa has come to GB. Not for discussion here, but just on my mind. Always reminds me of the ending words of Hill Street Blues.
Hope to bring my wife home from the hospital again today, after I get fitted for a hard collar for my upcoming neck operation. Needless to say, lot going on here
with not much time to use my new seven foot Land Pride field mower I just bought for my Kubota. The five footer would not cover the tracks and the results looked awful.
No time to mow everything twice. Have to finish the fields before my neck fusion in early June.
Am I having fun yet? :dance1:
But I'm still smiling and looking forward to giving my sweetie a hug, and maybe even swinging by the garden on the way home to cut some lettuce.
Nadene has been going nuts kept out of "her" garden. sigh.
I genuinely believe in no whining. So all is well.
