Glow Plug Upgrade Cost?

Anyone have a general idea of the cost of the 2015 glow plug/relay upgrade kit. I was thinking about getting it for my 7205 Cub if I don't have to take out a mortgage. Would have to do mail order as there are no Mahindra dealers that are close. Thanks All!

Had it installed on mine under warranty. The upgrade is a plug in relay and new glow plugs. I can't imagine it being more than $100 should be about $50. You can get cycle igniton switch on original relay to get more glow plug on time. I am not sure how long glow plugs would last. The new ones are heavier.

The last I knew Mahindra had only a limited supply of the kits and weren't available through parts. The company asked me how many tractors I had out, that were being a problem. They supplied me with the kits, and I supplied the labor to install them. I don't believe you can buy them from Mahindra.

Wow! That kind of puts you in a tight spot if a customer fries their new relay box or burns out one or more of the upgrade G-plugs! One would think they would offer replacement parts to prepare for the inevitable failure of one thing or another?

They do have the "kits" in stock but they are not "kits" they are individual part numbers. Consisting of new glow plugs a timer controller and a adapter wiring harness.
