Glow indicator

Has anyone ever herd of the glow plug indicator sticking in the on position?I have a LS4950C.Even with the key off,it stays on.

Barry,With the relay unplugged should the indicator go out?

My glow plug relay also went out and did the same thing all though mine would go out when you turned off the key. If it is really stayed on all this time you have probbably burnt out the glow plugs. A test light touching them will tell you if they are on or not.

yes it should go out. and if it is the one that i am thinking of you might be able to get it at napa
